In Rev 11:6, the two witnesses have authority over rain. I attended an end-time revival meeting september last year in a town called Kisii in Kenya and the man of GOD(Dr. Owuor the Prophet) commanded rain to fall. To the dismay of many, heavens openned and let it rain! The latter rain of the HOLY SPIRIT! This was followed by an avalanche of miracles and healings. It should also go on record that he prophesied about the release of the black-horse in the year 2008 that heralded the global economic crisis that still bites to date. He also prophesied about the release of the pale-horse of the apocalypse which was later released in Egypt right in full view of the global media. He was released in the biblical Egypt as a warning of the criticality of this hour. In Zech 6:6 the pale-horse is seen going to the south. This means the Arab nations. That is why we see the bloodbath in the Arab world. The black horse is released to the north. The north is occupied by largely capitalist countries. The black horse brings a crush in capitalism.
