While still in the mode of the Patriarchal model, the time of Jacob (147 years) and his periods of seven years were considered further. From the Generations article one month ago, it was suggested that Jacob’s life span of 147 years might parallel the period of time from Petah Tikva (AD 1878) until  the 147th year runs its course in 2024/2025. Was there something else that might lead to further credibility to this theory?

The thought then came to mind if Jacob’s first period of seven years that began at Padan-Aram could possibly parallel the seven years of the Holocaust from 1938 to 1945, as documented in The Times of Jacob’s Troubles. This was postulated without any knowledge of how old Jacob was at the time he fled to Padan-Aram. However, it is not an easy task in determining his age at that moment.

The conventional answer for Jacob’s age when he first meets Rachel is 77 years of age. Probably a bit older than one would have envisioned when hearing the story. The reasoning is that Jacob was 130 years old when he came to Pharaoh in the famine (Genesis 47:28). This was at the completion of the second year of famine with five more years to go (Genesis 45:6).  Therefore, Joseph ascended to power nine years early through his interpretation of the dream, which would make Jacob 121 years old at that time. Then since Joseph was 30 years old when he came to power (Genesis 41:46), that would mean that Jacob was 91 years old when Joseph was born. When Joseph was born, it was at the end of the 14 years or two sets of sevens (Genesis 30:25). Therefore, the age off 77 years at the time Jacob came to Padan-Aram is gained by such reasoning, which appears sound.

However, there is a problem with this deduction.* When Jacob flees to Padan-Aram, Esau goes to Ishmael to obtain another wife in an attempt to please his family (Genesis 28:9). If Jacob and Esau are both 77 years old at this time, then Ishmael would have to have been 151 years old since Ishmael was born 14 years before Isaac (Genesis 16:16) and Isaac had his sons at 60 years of age (Genesis 25:26). This is not possible since Ishmael lived to be 137 years old (Genesis 25:17)! So apparently Esau was visiting the ghost of Ishmael to obtain his bride! This is of course not likely at all. Esau must then be visiting Ishmael at some point before his 137 years are complete. Therefore, the twins’ age must be at the least 14 years younger than the traditional view of 77 years of age. They could not be older than 63 at the time of Jacob fleeing to Padan-Aram and Esau going to Ishmael.

Under the conventional understanding, the only part of Jacob’s chronology that would allow adjustment is the part of Joseph being 30 years old when he stands before Pharaoh. Similar Scripture utilizing the Hebrew word for “stand” does not mean from the year of one’s birth.  In 1 Samuel 13:1 it says Saul is “a son of a year in his reigning”, so it refers to the time from his anointing (1 Samuel 10:1). This fact coupled with Genesis 37:3 brings additional light. In Genesis, Joseph is called “a son of his (Jacob’s) old age”. However, it is aptly pointed out that Joseph was born near to the time of his brothers, but it was Benjamin who was truly the son of his old age. Rather, as the story goes, Reuben had just slept with Bilhah and Joseph gives a bad report to Jacob concerning his brothers (Genesis 35:22, 37:2). The coat of many colors would then better be described as Joseph obtaining the birthright, especially since he was Rachel’s firstborn and that the firstborn of Leah had committed incest. Joseph then receives this family anointing at 17 years of age and then also has his dream of the family bowing down to him, which later happens in Egypt. When Joseph stands before Pharaoh it could be that it was rather 30 years after the anointing at 17. The extra 17 years would mean Jacob was 60 years old at the time he fled to Padan-Aram, which would mean Ishmael was 134 years old at the time Esau sought him for a wife. This then harmonizes the chronology.

Therefore, this means that Jacob was 60 years old when he began his first set of seven years for the bride he hoped to have.

The timeline in view is the life span of Jacob applied from 1878 (Petah Tikva) to 2024/2025 (Second Coming possibility). This covers the 147 years of Israel’s life. Now here is the first parallel. Jacob began his first seven years under Laban at 60 years old, just as sixty years from 1878 leads to the seven year Holocaust that began in 1938. This is simply phenomenal since the Holocaust (specifically the betrayal of the nations) of seven years began on the eve of the 17th of Tammuz 1938.  So, here is the point. The life span of Jacob applied from 1878 does indeed fit the parallel of time and events of Jacob’s life to modern Israel. Just as Jacob had to serve two sets of seven years for his brides, so also the Holocaust was the seven year precursor to the coming 70th Week of Daniel. Is it purely accidental that sixty years comes into play both times in the parallel when the first seven years began? If it is, then do not read further because there are even more parallels in the life of Jacob.

As we continue beyond the period of the first seven years, the next notable date that parallels Jacob’s life is when he gives the coat of many colors to Joseph. This was 31 years (7+7+17) after coming to Padan-Aram. Thirty-one years after 1938 would come to 1969. At Passover of 1969 the decree went from the Knesset to begin rebuilding Jerusalem. This date has been arrived at by two other methods. Firstly, 1969 also came at 62 weeks of years (434 years) from Suleiman’s decree to build Jerusalem’s walls in 1535. To continue this parallel, seven more weeks of years (49 years) would transpires in the spring of 2018, likely putting the start of the final week of Daniel in the fall of 2017. This is a secondary application of Daniel’s 70 weeks with a twist. The second way in which 1969 was derived was for the fact that from the starting day of the Great Depression in 1929 until Passover 1969 was exactly 14,400 days, which is precisely forty 360-day years. So it is interesting that the time of Joseph and his prophecy also ties into the year of 1969.

The next step on the timeline would be the next pair of seven years that comes 30 years later. Chronologically those years would line up to 1999, 2006, and 2013.  Probably most significant here is the year 2006. This is the year that was initially thought of in Signs of the End to be very significant since forty 360-day years or 120 x 120 days (14,400 days) from the capture of the Temple Mount on June 7, 1967  led exactly to the 17th of Heshvan 2006, which is the anniversary day of the Flood. However, there was significance  since 120 days prior to that day was the eve of the 17th of Tammuz 2006. This is exactly when the Lebanon-Israeli War broke. This is especially interesting now since the eve of the 17th of Tammuz was also used to pin point the beginning of the Holocaust in 1938.

However, there is a time on the chronology that may seem even more amazing. During the famine, Jacob is finally reunited with Joseph with five more years to go until the end of the famine. Jacob was 130 years old (Genesis 47:9). This then would come to the year of 2008 in the parallel. Just after this time, according to Genesis 47:15, the money in Egypt then failed. Is it any wonder then that the stock market crash of 2008 occurred on the eve of Rosh Hashanah with a fall of 777.7 points? Indeed, the money has been failing since that time and it seems like at some point that it will finally collapse and make way for something new.

And so the life of Jacob (Israel) continued another 17 years. The application of his life span of 147 years from 1878 would then end in the year 2025. However, in the year 2024 the fall festivals and Hanukkah would actually be within the 147th year. This along with other items found here on this site would seem to support 2024 as the end of the 70th Week. In any regard it appears that we are in the ball park of the final years before the Messiah returns, with the Rapture needing to come at least seven years before the end. That means we only have a handful of years that remain, and if this is correct, we should see further alignment of the nations to the events long foretold.

* An article found on Bibleinsight.com was the key to finding out the chronological accuracy for Jacob being 60 when he went to Padan-Aram.

The numbers on the book of Daniel were given by God to Daniel. He put the heavens together with power and using mathematics, so these numbers were well known to him as was the fact that you were going to discover them and make the article.

We have been made to see these fantastically coordinated movements of the planets with a mathematical perfect formula that predicts the movement of these planets way into the future. His prophetic plan of history follows these precise mathematical equations and is for us humans to discover the mathematical patterns interconnecting the flow of history.

WHAT A LORD WE SERVE!!  Kevin, this is just another feather in God’s cap (as if He needed any more).  Is there ANYTHING He can’t do?  Of course not!!

Now, on to your question (which I am sure was tongue in cheek).  What are the odds?  Unfortunately, to calculate the odds, I need to be able to derive both a numerator and a denominator.  Let us assume the numerator is 1 (not hard).  But that where it gets difficult.  The denominator is simply incalculable.  Hence, I will have to conclude this by saying that the denominator = x, wherein x is infinity, so great is the Lord we serve.  Why?  Because only the infinite capabilities of our Lord could make all these things balance out so beautifully and exquisitely.

“How to recognize the 70th week“

To all Doves,

There are so many conflicting reports here about the 70th week. Has is started? Are we almost half way through? How can anyone be sure?

Yes,we CAN be sure, by the scriptures.

First, let’s look at an Isaiah prophecy:

Isaiah 2
¹⁰Enter into the rock, and hide thee in the dust, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty.

¹²For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:

¹⁹And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

²¹To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

Now, compare this prophecy about the start of the Day of the Lord, with what John wrote:

Rev. 6
¹²And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

¹⁵And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

 ¹⁶And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

¹⁷For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Can there be any doubt, what John wrote at the 6th seal, is the FINAL FULFILLMENT of this prophecy in Isaiah? We have men going into caves for fear of the Lord AT THE TIME of a great earthquake.  John is telling us that these signs will be the signs of the start of the Day of the Lord. Notice verse 17 “The great day of His wrath is come.”

Now, look at Joel:

Joel 2
³¹The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come.

And compare with Rev. 6:

¹²And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

Can there be any doubt that at the breaking of the 6th seal, we arrive at the final fulfillment of this prophecy of Joel? Again John is showing us that the Day of the Lord is IMMINENT at the breaking of the 6th seal.

Does it make sense, that the main event will follow right after the SIGNS of said event? John has written “the day of His wrath is come.” This is written in the Greek Aorist tense,which carries no timing information, so all we can say is that the main event will follow very soon after the SIGNS for that event. So what follows the 6th seal? Of course the 7th seal. It just makes good sense that the Day will begin with the 7th seal.

Revelation 8

¹And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.

²And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.
What do we notice here? The 30 minutes of silence is a perfect way to begin judgment. Notice also, the seven angels are given the seven trumpets, so we know that the trumpet judgements will begin.

This now is the 1st judgment of the Day of the Lord:

Revelation 8
⁷The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

As further proof that this is in fact a part of the Day of the Lord: what happened at this trumpet judgement? It is written that “all the green grass was burnt up.”

15}Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.

¹⁸How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate.
¹⁹O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field.

²⁰The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness.

Why are the cattle perplexed? Because they have no grass!
Again, can there be any doubt that what John has written is the final fulfillment of this Joel prophecy? And notice that Joel tells us it is the DAY OF THE LORD.

We have then, conclusive proof that when we see the first trumpet judgment (quite likely a nuclear bomb or bombs) we will KNOW the day of the Lord had begun.

So what does this have to do with the 70th week of Daniel? Everything! For the 70th week and the Day of the Lord begin together, at the SAME TIME.

1 Thessalonians 4

¹⁶For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

¹⁷Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

¹⁸Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

¹But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

²For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

³For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

⁹For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

¹⁰Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

Please note, Paul mentions the “Day of the Lord” just three verses after the classical rapture verse. In fact, Paul is making the Rapture and the Day of the Lord back-to-back events. Ron is correct, the rapture and the “sudden destruction” come at the same time. Notice also the two phrases, “So shall we ever be with the Lord,” and “we should live together with him.” These are saying the SAME THING, just in different words. We get “salvation” and get to “live together with Him” at the rapture, when “so shall we ever be with the Lord” comes to pass. You see, readers, Paul has never quit writing of the rapture, but is giving is the TIMING of the rapture: it will come as the TRIGGER for the Day of the Lord. The DAY and the Rapture cannot be separated, for Paul has made them back to back events. When we find the start of the Day of the Lord in Revelation, we can BE SURE the rapture will take place just before that.

But what is this “sudden destruction?” When Jesus rose from the dead, Matthew wrote: “the earth did quake…and the graves were opened.” (Mat. 27) Notice that at the time the graves were opened  – think resurrection – there was a great earthquake. If you can imagine people having been dead for 5000 plus years, in one microsecond of time all the atoms that made up their bodies suddenly coming together, and reforming that body – this instant movement of atoms will cause a TREMENDOUS EARTHQUAKE. When Jesus rose, so did the elders of the Old Covenant – men who had been dead for thousands of years. It is almost a surety that the atoms that once made up their body had separated perhaps miles away from the burial site. But in one instant of time, they came back together and the resurrection body was formed.

Now, imagine when the dead in Christ rise: again many have been dead for nearly 2000 years. The atoms that made up their body could be miles away from the burial site. Again in one split second those atoms will fly together and those bodies will lift out of the grave – AND THERE WILL BE A WORLDWIDE EARTHQUAKE! This is the “sudden destruction” that comes upon those left behind. The earth begins to quake in instant the dead come up out of their graves.

If we look in Revelation at the first worldwide earthquake, we see it is the FIRST SIGN at the 6th seal. How amazing then, in the next chapter, John saw a HUGE CROWD. TOO LARGE TO NUMBER, around the throne in heaven! It was and is the raptured church.

For more proof, read the 5th seal, and notice very closely what was told to those under the altar:

Revelation 6

⁹And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

¹⁰And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

¹¹And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

What is John telling us here? These martyrs of the church age were killed in many different ways. John is not speaking of how they were put to death. No, John is telling us that they must wait for the FINAL CHURCH AGE MARTYR, or the last saint to be put to death as these were – as church age martyrs. In other words, they must wait until the RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH that ends the church age. You see, any martyr killed AFTER that would be a 70th week martyr, and would not be killed as they were – as church age martyrs. So they will have to wait for the NEXT EVENT John wrote about: the 6th seal.

So we have the rapture, which John did NOT SEE, then the great earthquake at the 6th seal, then the signs in the sun and moon, all pointing to the imminent start of the Day of the Lord, exactly as Paul wrote.

Therefore, the rapture will take place FIRST, then the signs in the sun and moon, then the 7th seal will be broken and then the first trumpet will be sounded.

It will be SO EASY to know when the Day of the Lord and the 70th week begin: massive amounts of trees and grass will be destroyed with fire – probably with a nuke.

Therefore, by using scripture, we can KNOW with certainty that neither the Day of the Lord NOR the 70th week have started. The bride will not be here to see the first trumpet judgment – the F

Dec 29, 2011 The Seven Year Tribulation in the Book of Daniel and in Revelation

There are two prophets that were given a vision of the end times from which we can discern the times involved. One book is in the Old Testament the other is the last book of the New Testament.

I will start with what the Bible says in Daniel from the NIV Bible

27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’[h] In the middle of the ‘seven’[i] he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple[j] he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.[k]”[l]

It is clear from this verse that the covenant is with many people but in the context of chapter 9 the seventy weeks it has to be with the people of the promise which is Israel and it could include other non covenant people also. The next statement divides the seven weeks in two and at the end of the first 3 ½ years he sets up the abomination that causes desolation at the (in the wing of) temple.

At this point I want to introduce data of this Temple and my educated guess as a structural engineer with more than 40 years of design and construction experience in large building airport projects and also in major bridges for roads and rapid transit.

Concourse E at MIA took more than four years to design and about three plus years to construct. This building would be comparable in size to the Temple. I was involved in both parts. The Adrienne Arsht Center for the performing Arts of Miami Dade is another building that comes to mind that took more than four years to built and the same probably to design.

Please see the view of the Temple planned and this organization already has the drawings ready to start construction so the process is only for construction. The time frame for an accelerated pace could be around three years. If we start on the first week of 2012 it would be ready to offer sacrifices in Jan 2015, so with good timing the middle of the Tribulations can not be before the year 2015.

Now I will compare the seven of Daniel to Revelation as I see it written in scripture.

There are a total of seven seals, seven trumpets and seven vials of wrath for a total of 21 events. The 2520 days for the total has to include the 21 events, if God assigned equal time to each it would correspond to 120 days for each, but there is a clue about the time allotted for the first 1260 days and they occur up to the end of the two witnesses death at the 6th Trumpet judgment.

At this point the 7th angel sounds its trumpet and we see the famous woman clothed with the sun etc, when she gave birth she fled into the desert where she will be protected for 1260 days. If this is Israel which other scriptures say it is then this command to flee is when the abomination of desolation enters the Temple at the middle of the Tribulations which in my humble opinion has occurred after the two witnesses are killed.

Does this make sense? I believe that it does. I can not see the two witnesses giving testimony and functioning after the desecration of the Temple and all of Israel has gone to the desert.

Now there are other important factors to consider along with these facts that are in my opinion irreconcilable with a Tribulation that started in 2008.

The Psalm 83 war, The Ezekiel 38-39 war and other events that must take place also. The first four seals kill ¼th of humanity, and with this killing going on it would be difficult to built the Temple at the same time.

Although I can appreciate the effort and dedication of several doves to fit the middle of the Tribulation this coming year I think it is not possible at all physically.

My concluding thoughts are that the Tribulations have not started yet and that the numerical and astronomical signs that took us back from 2015 to 2008 where done by Christ to point to the Antichrist Mr. Obama for the Bride to watch and prepare herself and others for the time of destruction that is fast coming towards the whole world. This is the time that BO has used to prepare himself for the role that he will soon assume as the first seal is opened and he is given the crown to be a conqueror.

Math Man has put on an article with compelling evidence that points to Barack Obama being the Antichrist. This time he has not used math but a close relative which is logic and observation.

I like Math Man also know that he is the Antichrist. I am also good at math and science since I am a practicing Civil-Structural engineer. It is important to understand that even if you do not agree on all his conclusions and math the fact remains that the overwhelming evidence that this man is the Antichrist can not be denied.

Once this fact is accepted then the rest of the prophetic material must come to pass.

I for one can see all the evidence that he has presented and still not reach the conclusion that we are in the Tribulation period since the infomercial in October of 2008. For me the planetary evidence is irrefutable evidence of his identity as the Antichrist.

The Tetrad of blood moon eclipses that correspond with passover and Sukkot for 2014 and 2015 are signs in the heavens that also confirm his identity.

In Math Man calculations he goes back from the feast of Yom Kippur Sept 23 2015, but the blood moon is on Sept 28 2015 and if we go back 2520 days it falls on Nov 3, 2008 one day before the election that crowned him president of the USA.

Help and example use

At the time I thought this was the opening of the first seal, but one thing kept bothering me then as it does now and it is the appearance of the two witnesses of Revelation chapter 11. I could see by the way that it is wrtten that their death occurs before the wrath judgments and that implies the first 1260 days of Tribulation.

Please also observe the protection of Israel in the desert for another 1260 days that comes after the death of the two witnesses.

Do we have all the data yet, I do not think so, but we are very close, I can not see the president risking going to the next election with all that is known about this man. As a conclusion what he got from the USA in this first period is all he can obtain by chicanery and deceit now comes what he will usurp by force, that is war in big scale.

Two Jewish researchers, Joel Gallis and Dr. Robert Wolf, asserted with utter certainty in May 2007, long before Barack Hussein Obama had won his first primary and when it appeared that Hillary Clinton was a sure thing, that he would be the next president of the United States.

More recently, in August 2008, the scholars reported that Obama’s name “intersects” with a passage in the apocalyptic book of Daniel, Chapter 7, and specifically Daniel 7:25, which speaks of the last “king” who would oppress God’s people under the rubric of bringing about “change” to the world.

The scholars show that the numerical equivalent of “Barack Hussein Obama” in gematria – the practice of finding the numerical value of letters and creating associations between words and phrases – is 501.

In an article from August 2008, the scholars elaborate that this number is associated with the “end of days” and two factors that they say the Torah indicate would trigger the apocalypse: the rise of Islam and the fact that Jews are bring about their own fall – by overwhelming helping to elect Obama:

The connection is that the descendants of Yishmael are the evil that will befall the Jewish People at that time. We will anger G-d through the work of our hands, במעשה ידיכם (a gematria of 501), and the evil of the ישמעאלים (also a gematria of 501) will befall us. So what could we have possibly done with our hands that would anger Hashem? With our very own hands, we finance and work to put the wrong people in power over us. This action results in our downfall. By putting into power leaders in Israel who don’t believe in G-d, we help bring about a spiritual collapse. And by electing dangerous leaders in America and other countries, we assist in bringing our physical and moral downfall. We vote for these people, we put them in power, and we raise money for them. This inappropriate work of our hands will bring evil upon us in the form of Yishmael.
For not only is 501 the value of במעשה ידיכם (the work of our hands), and our punishment, the ישמעאלים , but it is also connected to the next President of the United States that we are helping put in power through Jewish efforts. For 501 is also the gematria of ראש representing the new head, or leader of America.

So who will be the new ראש of America? Our readers probably will be shocked to learn that 501 is also the gematria of ברק חוסיין אובאמה, Barack Hussein Obama.

Hashem watches as countless Jews, especially in Hollywood, California, rush to send their money to Obama’s campaign chest. And so, with our own hands we are in the process of taking a descendant from Yishmael and placing him as our Rosh in the White House, just 7 years after 9/11. He is indeed the evil that will befall us at the end of days, the evil that Moses spoke to our ancestors about.

But there are those who argue that Obama is youthful and energized in his appearance and his ideas. Why shouldn’t we believe him when he says the magic words that he is a friend of Israel? How do we really know he’s dangerous to us? Not only is his name the same gematria as Yishmaelim, evidencing that he is a Muslim although he denies it, but it also has a further connection to a wave of impending evil against the Jews and the rest of the world.

At our Passover seders we spill a drop of wine when we mention each of the 10 plagues, and also when we mention the abbreviation of those plagues by saying דצך עדש באחב . Well this abbreviation of the 10 plagues also has a gematria of 501, the same as Barack Hussein Obama and the Yishmaelim.

Obama and radical Muslims will bring as much havoc, destruction, and confusion to the world as all the 10 plagues together brought to Egypt. It’s interesting how Rabbi Yehudah, who made the acrostic or abbreviation of the plagues, took the first Hebrew letter of each plague. However, with respect to the last plague, מכת בכרות , the killing of the first born, he took the bais (the first letter of the 2nd word of the plague), rather than the mem (the first letter of the first word). Perhaps he knew that in the future, during the end of days, there would be an Obama. Perhaps his message is a warning to us that has been encoded in the Haggadah for nearly 2 thousand years until today.

The foreign minister of Hamas has recently endorsed Obama for president. The Los Angeles Times devoted a lengthy front-page story headlined, “Allies of Palestinians see a friend in Barack Obama.”

Ali Abunimah, a resident of Obama’s district, claims that Obama said several years ago when running for the Senate, that he was sorry he couldn’t talk more about the Palestinian cause since his primary campaign had constrained what he could say.

Daniel 7 (25) deals with the last king of the 4th beast of exile who will humble 3 other kings. Rav Saadia Gaon stated that the 3 kings or leaders who will be humbled, are from Israel, Greece (representing Europe), and Yishmael (representing the Arab nations). This haughty, arrogant king will speak words against G-d and the Jewish People, and he will try to change the times and the law. How interesting is it that this very word, change, is the key word used by Obama in his campaign?

The coded, end of days message that Yaakov gave over to his sons was not deciphered by them. But our generation, the generation alive at the end of days, can understand the clues and break the code.

In Yaakov’s statement there are 4 words אשר יקרא אתכם באחרית (that will befall you in the end). The word אשר that describes the identity of the evil has a gematria of 501 the same as Barack Hussein Obama. And if you look at the word באחרית , in the end, the first 3 letters contain the initials of Obama. The bais is for ברק Barack, the aleph is for אובאמה Obama, and the ches is for חוסיין Hussein.

The scholars, using the clues of the book of Daniel, say that Obama will rein as “King” for three and a half years.

Daniel, there are many differences between the Psalm 83 War and the Ezekiel 38 War, the main one being that Israel defeats her enemies with massive firepower in the Psalm 83 War, while God personally strikes the Gog and Magog armies Himself.  With regard to “other prophets”, the Ezekiel 38 War is a parallel to Joel 2.  It is also very possible that there were other prophets that spoke the same prophetic Word before Ezekiel, but it was not written down as Scripture.  In fact, we see all over the Old Testament that there were hundreds of true prophets, but only a select few wrote Scripture.  In other words, I see no contradiction to Ezekiel 38:17 with there being other prophets who spoke the same Word. 

I do not believe that Israel has reached the confident feeling of “peace and safety” as required before the Ezekiel War.  The Psalm 83 war, however, would nicely fulfill that requirement.  In fact, the following passage from Ezekiel, which I believe is describing the Psalm 83 War, uses the same Hebrew word for “dwelling securely” as in Ezkiel 38:

Daniel’s 70 Weeks – Rightly Dividing

What someone does with the 70 weeks given to Daniel will shape one’s entire view of Eschatology. It is the foundational verse whereby all else hinges. The big question is what is left to be fulfilled? There are those who say it has all been fulfilled and that it was accomplished in the generation of the Disciples. Then there are some who believe the 70th week, or a portion of it, is yet future. But what is the proper interpretation of Daniel 9:24-27? 

24 “Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy place.

25 So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with plaza and moat, even in times of distress.

26 Then after the sixty-two weeks, the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined.

27 And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.”  NASB

The purpose of the 70 Weeks is found in verse 24 and it is to delineate the time given to the Jews and Jerusalem to accomplish the plan of God through the Messiah. It is the time to bring salvation and seal up what has long been foretold–the restoration and rule of the Messiah from the city of Jerusalem itself. Therefore, the view that holds to the fulfillment of the entire 70 Weeks by AD 70 fails this initial test. Jesus did come and die on the cross, but He ascended to Heaven and we still await His return to come judge the world and set up the promised earthly kingdom. If the 70 Weeks have been fulfilled, then all prophecy should be sealed up, but many events have simply not yet occurred.

Of course, there is a work around to this problem and that is to redefine what Christ’s rule or the fulfillment of prophecy looks like. This reduces the 1,000 years of rule on earth as promised in Revelation 20 to the allegory of spiritual rule from heaven. It also must take any literal understanding of prophecy and wedge it into 70 AD, which is ludicrous.  But without the rules of straight textual interpretation, there is simply nothing left to stand on other than the fancies and imaginations of men. The better understanding comes down to understanding what the writers of the Bible wrote as they wrote it in plain terms.

Clearly, according to Acts 1, Jesus ascended to Heaven and we still await His return to bring the kingdom. In the meantime we are gifted with the Spirit and we have all become part of the Church. The gentiles have been grafted into the Olive Tree. Therefore, we currently sit between the 69th and 70th Week awaiting the “fullness of the Gentiles”.

For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery–so that you will not be wise in your own estimation–that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; and so all Israel will be saved; just as it is written. “The deliverer will come from Zion, he will remove ungodliness from Jacob. This is my covenant with them when I take away their sins.”

–Romans 11:25-27

This squares with Daniel’s prophecy because once the clock ran out at 7 weeks and 62 weeks (483 years of 360 day years) from Artaxerxes’ decree to rebuild Jerusalem and its walls in 445 BC, Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem on Palm Sunday 32 AD because the Jews had missed seeing the appointed time. Four days later, Jesus was indeed “cut off, but not for himself”. Jesus was then raised from the dead and then shortly ascended to Heaven with the establishment of the Church at Pentecost. The next remaining item to be fulfilled after the 69 weeks was the destruction of the Temple, which came 38 years later in 70 AD and demonstrated a necessary gap between the 69th and 70th weeks.

Those who argue that Daniel’s 70 Weeks should be kept intact in a block of 490 years have a problem. When the 69 weeks ended, if the 70th and final week were to immediately follow or any portion, the destruction of the Temple 38 years later does not then fit into their understanding of the prophecy (unless it is allegorized away). It is simple math. To remain mathematically consistent, according to their understanding, it leaves only one week (seven years) left in which to fulfill all of the items by 39 AD. But it is easily seen that 38 years between those events cannot fit within seven years. It is simply ludicrous. There has to be a gap after the 69th week.

The crucifixion and the destruction of the Temple did occur after the 69 weeks of years ended in 32 AD. Jesus was cut off, but the destruction of the Temple would come later just as Jesus foretold. Daniel 9:26 is fulfilled after the 69th week with the 70th week still future. This is the plain reading without doing any mental gymnastics or new math. Below is the passage diagrammed:

Another important thing to consider is Jesus’ understanding of the coming time as laid out in the Olivet Discourse. Here many people get confused with the Destruction of Jerusalem and the End Time. In Luke 21:12, Jesus says that before the signs of the end, the following things must happen first. Luke 21:12-23 then describes the Destruction of Jerusalem. Luke 21:24 then points out that Israel will be led away captive into all the nations until the Times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. As Jesus then continues, the Times of the Gentiles are ended when the Son of Man, Jesus, returns to establish the Kingdom. This is the Kingdom of Stone as depicted in Daniel 2 that ends the period of Gentile rule.

To break it down then, Jesus describes the destruction of Jerusalem with Israel being taken captive into all the nations. This event must happen before all of the others in the Discourse. Therefore, these things must occur before the Abomination of Desolation Jesus mentions that is found in Daniel 9:27. The sign to move out of Jerusalem before it was destroyed in 70 AD was the surrounding of the Roman armies. The Abomination of Desolation is not the same thing as the Destruction of Jerusalem.  It is part of the events that occur in the still future and the warning to Israel is different. They are not to look for the armies surrounding them, but rather to the the setting up of the Abomination on the wing of the Temple itself. This has not happened since it requires a rebuilt Temple to be in place. The important thing to note here is that Jesus delineates two separate events–the Destruction of Jerusalem and then later his Second Coming. With the temple being destroyed in the first event, the second event cannot be fulfilled until the Temple is rebuilt again. This is all solved by accepting a gap, a fullness of the Gentiles gap, between the 69th and 70th Weeks.

So here we are in the 21st Century with some of the nation of Israel returned to their land as their own state and the world is fairly preoccupied about it. Even the world seems to get the importance of this gathering when much of the Church does not. Maybe it is because the ruler of this present world knows all too well what is about to come, which is the loss of his rule and hence, the panic has already started. Even current events cannot hide the fact that Israel is important in the days to come, because it fits what must come as found in the 70th Week of Daniel and many of the Bible prophecies.

The point that must be driven home is that the 69 Weeks are fulfilled and that the remaining seven years are still future. There is a clear division of time that is represented by the Church and once the Church is removed, then the events of Daniel 9 are free to resume. But for the 70th Week to begin, the covenant with many, which is Israel, must be confirmed–but by who?

I am attaching an article that I have already made because it ties directly in with Nando’s 11/1/11 post setting the time of Noah’s Feast of Tabernacle.  I tied the last day of Tabernacles to 11/11/11 in my post because of the DELAY time found in Daniel chapter 10.  Maybe the 21 days delay is necessary for this very reason….to tie current Tabernacles last day to 11/11/11 by 21 days.

To:  All Watchers.  I think our home-going will be 11/11/11.  Here’s why.

I hope I don’t sound like a broken record to you all about the Daniel experience of 21 days delay in the release of the captives from Babylon, but please read on.  I am absolutely convinced that the 21 days DELAY of Daniel chapter 10 will be repeated in this matter of our Lord’s appearing to take us in the rapture.  The picture in type is just too much to ignore, and a study of it might convince you of it.

I will here repeat what I have written about several times already.  When the Babylonian captivity should have ended, it did’nt.  This realization upset the prophet Daniel, who had been in captivity all of his adult life.  True, he was a very high ranking individual in the Babylonian Empire, but nevertheless, he wanted the freedom of his people, the Jews.  Having understood from the prophecies of Jeremiah (Jer 29:10) that the captivity was to be 70 years in length, he knew that on his birthday when he reached 87 years of age, the time would be up.  (He was taken at age 17 on his birthday).  And, he did’nt  want the Jews to remain captives even one day past the prophesied number!  So, did he think God was a liar, or that God was not attentive?  No, but, what did he do?  He went to prayer asking God about this, because he knew that his God was very precise in all of His doings.

A few friends went with him and they were by the big river.  They FASTED AND PRAYED for three full weeks, i. e. 21 days.  (See Susan and Sabrina’s letter of 10/21 posted on fivedoves.com, which shows God calling for us to fast).  Daniel’s prayer was not answered immediately, not until the 21 DAYS WERE FULLY COME!  (Perhaps we should fast and pray ourselves for 21 days now, just as Daniel did?)  Anyway, on the 22nd day, messengers came to him (Dn 10:5).  He had a vision, but his friends did not see the vision because a great earthquake came and they fled. (vs. 7)  Daniel “died”, that is, “there remained NO strength in me; for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength”. (vs. 7).

It is well known in medical circles that hearing is the last sense to fade at death.  Daniel experienced the hearing of a voice even though he was in a “deep sleep” with his face on the ground.  Dead or at least near dead? (vs. 9)

A hand touched him and he was set up on his hands and knees.  A messenger said to him, “O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to thee, and stand upright; for unto thee am I now sent” (vs. 10, 11).  Daniel then stood up trembling.

“Fear not Daniel; for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard”  ( That was 21 full days earlier).  “And I am come for thy words.”  (vs. 12)

“But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days (21 days); but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia”.  (vs. 13).

It is apparent from this verse that a DELAY of 21 days occurred and the captivity of Daniel’s people went on that length of time.  Also, the messenger arrived on day 22.  This may be the numbers 21/22 that some have been addressing here on Five Doves.  I have seen it on other sites as well.

“Now, I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people IN THE LATTER DAYS; for yet the vision is for many days”  (vs. 14).

Christians, the latter days are here RIGHT NOW!!!  Israel is back in the land, Jerusalem is theirs, and God is watching the evil right now encircling His holy land that is seeking to stamp out His chosen people from the face of the earth and divide up HIS chosen land for gain.

The picture becomes more and more like the resurrection/rapture in Daniel 10.  “And when he had spoken such words to me, I set my face toward the ground, and I became dumb (couldn’t speak).  And, behold, one like the similitude of the sons of men touched my lips; then I opened my mouth and spoke, and said unto him who stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my sorrows have turned upon me, and I have retained no strength”.  (vs. 16).  Daniel asked in his mind, I suppose, how he could speak without strength or breath?  HE WAS DEAD, it appears.

Is this an Old Testament picture of the resurrection of the dead and then the rapture of the living, both in the vision of Daniel and using him as both dead and alive?  I do not know, but I do think that a key thing in this experience for us is the delay of 21 days until day 22, when we will surely find out.

Having said that, I think that we need to look at the DELAY this way:

If the Feast of Tabernacles, last day was not the time of our departure, as it certainly looked to many, including myself, then how about simply waiting 21 days more?  Instead of the 21 days delay counting from RHH, maybe it started with the last or 8th day of Tabernacles?  That would be 21 days plus 21 days more totally 42.  That, I understand is, in gematria, the number for His coming.  If so, this means that on the last day of Tabernacles, our Lord began His journey to come for us, and has been delayed by the WAR IN HEAVEN, at which time Satan is going to be cast out.

9/29/30………10/8/9…………10/13/14 – 20/21+1………….+21 days = 11/11/11.

The time line above shows the inclusion of the 8th day of Tabernacles, which totals to 22 days in the entire three feast count.

God leaves no loose ends.  He is so precise that it is a wonderment to us all when the prophecies are so accurately fulfilled.  Sometimes, the Holy Spirit enlightens our minds to understand some of the deep things of God, but only when the time is right.  Like now.  Satan MUST be cast out of heaven on 11/11/11.  Here is why.  The picture in the constellation Virgo verifies that it is so.  Revelation 12 says that he, Satan, seeks to devour the newborn child just as soon as it is born.  He “appears” as a dragon pulling 1/3 of the angels with him because he is cast out of heaven.  But, the newborn child IS CAUGHT UP (THAT IS THE RAPTURE) to God and to His throne.  This removes the child from Satan’s wrath.  The child is Jesus Christ, the head and we are the body, the true Church.  See?  Revelation 12 tells us the time of the rapture, that is when Satan is cast out, and the Virgo picture tells us when Satan is cast out as his star exits Virgo on 11/11/11.  Now we know why we have seen 11’s so much, it seems.

Brother Ron Reese of thefinal7yearsareherenow.com read this paper.  He wrote saying that there are two other very important and ominous reasons for 11/11/11 being the time.  “One reason is that the New World Order elite always use Satanic numbers when major events are on their schedule”.  He listed 9-11-01, the twin towers, 3-11-11, the Japan earthquake (HAARP caused?) 4-11-12, the last day of the first ½ of the tribulation and the rise of antichrist,  and 11-11-11, possibly the most significant number of all.

The second “ominous” reason is that October 26th will be the new moon.  This means that 11-11-11 will the 17th day of the 2nd month on the Jewish calendar.  This is the day that Noah and those who were ready entered the ark.”  This is especially important to me, personally, as I have long thought that the counts of days within the ark over a 1 solar year period has great meaning.

If this 11-11-11 date for rapture/sudden destruction is accurate, as I think it is, then Jesus Christ began His journey to rapture us 10/21/22 and will arrive 11/11/11.  This will be day 21 + 1.  Just as in the vision of Daniel 10.  And look, Michael the archangel fought the war in heaven in the Daniel vision, and in Rev. 12: 7, it is Michael, who again fights the war in heaven.  The result of the 21 days of war in heaven is the casting out of the dragon on 11/11/11.  And what greater destruction could there be than for Satan and 1/3rd of the heavenly host to be sent to earth??  Again, Virgo verifies this.  We have proof positive, I think, that 11/11/11 is the correct day.  All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!! .

The times right now are pregnant with possibilities.  It is possible that Harold Camping’s second prediction was accurate, except for the 21 days DELAY.  Work, for the night is coming.  Keep looking up, our redemption certainly surely draws nigh.
