F.M. Riley (9 Feb 2009) “Re: Scriptural Answers #2”

Today pastor Riley gave an answer to Princess.  I think readers should discern what is written in all these articles and learn to give and accept criticism in the spirit of learning and correcting with love and patience. I can see that both have been a little over critical of the other and that both have as an intention to teach what they believe is the truth of scripture about the future Kingdom and its subjects. Sometimes a subject as difficult as this needs heated arguments, but the truth may not be found in scripture but when we get to heaven or at the Kingdom. When using the sword (the Word) we must be careful it is a sharp instrument and the Lord gave it to us to use when fighting the enemy and to divide what is of the flesh and the spirit.

Re: Scriptural Answers #2

Dear Sister,
I did not take such a position!  I think you and others should read my study over again very carefully.  Princess lied against me, outright denied God’s Word, made God Himself out to be a liar, twisted my statements in order to misrepresent what I said, made totally false claims about what I did say, and labeled my teaching as “false teaching,” thereby making me out to be a “false teacher.”  She needs to read Proverbs 6:16-19 again and take it to heart.
I stand by what I wrote, not by what “Princess” claims I wrote.  If Princess or anyone else doesn’t want to believe my study, that is their problem.  I wrote the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth of God’s Word, and backed up every point I made with book, chapter, and verse so that my readers could check out the Scripture references for themselves.  That is more than I can say for Princess.  She made one claim after another with no Scriptural backing whatsover.  Obviously, she thinks she is such a brilliant Bible “scholar” that we “peons” are supposed to swallow down everything she says, just because she says so.  1 Thessalonians 5:21 is still in the Bible, and I have been following it for 54 years.  I have no intention of stopping now.  There will be “perpetual generations” and procreation right on throughout eternity and time will reveal it, for “time is always on the side of truth.”
I never even suggested that “we” New Testament believers who are going to receive “glorified bodies” at the rapture will continue to procreate.  New Testament believers have been “created in Christ Jesus” to rule and reign with the Lord over His Millennial Kingdom and His eternal kingdom.  If you missed it in your Bible study, the Lord’s kingdom does not end at the end of the Millennium.  God’s Word explicitly states that the Kingdom established by “the God of heaven” will “stand forever,” Daniel 2:44. The 1,000 year Millennial Kingdom is for a special purpose, and at the end of it the Lord Himself “shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father, when He shall have put down all rule and all authority and power,” 1 Corinthians 15:24. The statement itself expresses the meaning that the Lord at that time will have succeeded  in bringing under subjection  every person, being, and living creature in His kingdom to submission to the authority of God the Father.  Matthew 6:10 is going to be literally fulfilled on this earth, and our Lord is going to see that it is fulfilled by the end of the Millennium.  Does this then end the kingdom of Christ?  Absolutely not!  There are an abundance of Scriptures throughout God’s Word that explicitly state that the Lord’s kingdom will be an “everlasting kingdom.” And we New Testament believers who are “new creations in Christ Jesus,” are to reign with Him over His everlasting kingdom forever.
It is absolutely true that “flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God,” 1 Corinthians 15:50. The word “inherit” denotes being an “heir” and therefore an “owner.”  The Word of God explicitly states that we New Testament believers are the “heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ,” Romans 8:16-17. It is we New Testament believers who will “inherit” the kingdom and rule and reign over it with Christ in our “glorified bodies.”    It will be flesh and blood people in their natural bodies, cleansed of their sin nature, who will be the subjects being ruled over.  This isn’t hard to see at all if people would seriously study God’s Word.  This truth is right there staring God’s people in the face.
But Princess, and others like her, want to lump everyone who comes out of the Millennial kingdom together in the Eternal Age with everyone living in a “glorified” body.  Then who is it that Christ and His “glorified saints” are ruling over?  Who are the subjects being ruled over?  Maybe, according to Princess, we will “rule over each other”??? Great!  I’ll rule over you, and you can rule over me,  and everyone else can rule over everyone else.  Idiocy!  Lunacy!  Total ridiculous!  Sic!   You can’t have a kingdom unless the King and those in authority with the King have subjects to rule over.  I guess this simple truth is just “too deep” for Princess and folks like her to understand.
Princess has her mind totally closed against any more light from God’s Word, and she isn’t going to believe the truth regardless of how it is presented, because it isn’t something she wants to believe.  In her wicked pride she is certain she already knows everything there is to know about God’s Word,  and with her “superior” knowledge she can’t be taught anything by us “inferior” peons.  I know some things she hasn’t learned.  She hasn’t learned how to control her wicked, vicious temper and her hot head or how to humble her heart before God and men.  1 Peter 5:5-6 is still in the Bible, and she needs to read it every day until it finally soaks in.  It is her right to stay “willingly ignorant,” if she wants to, but it sure isn’t her right to viciously attack a fellow believer who wasn’t attacking or provoking anyone.  In launching her totally unprovoked attack on me she showed about as much of the love of Christ towards a fellow believer as a hound dog devouring babie kittens.  Sic!  If her vicious attack, lying tongue, false accusations, and misrepresentation of what I actually wrote represents the Christ she follows, then it is obvious that she and I are not following the same Christ. I don’t believe for one minute that the Holy Spirit of the Living God led her to make such an unprovoked attack against me.  She ought to hang her sorry head in shame, and she will, either now or in the hereafter, for the Lord Himself said, “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment,” Matthew 12:36.
I wrote a Bible study with all the sincerity of my heart with a desire to enlighten and bless and edify God’s people, and what I received from Princess was a vicious, unprovoked attack unlike anything I have ever previously received from anyone, and unlike anyone claiming to be a “Christian” should launch against a fellow believer.  I am deeply offended, to the extent that I have seriously thought about not posting my studies on the Internet anymore, but only sending them to those who want to receive them.  I am sick and tired of casting my pearls before swine and giving that which is holy to dogs, Matthew 7:6.
Sister, believe whatever you want to believe, but the truth of God’s Word is what is going to ultimately prevail whether people like Princess believe it or not.  I do appreciate the fact that you wrote kindly, openly, and honestly.  God will bless you for it.  I’ll meet you soon in glory.  Pray for me.

Dear Pastor Riley

How are you sir? I received your attachment that you was posted to Fivedoves on Thursday. As I read it, I was like “HAS PASTOR LOST HIS MIND?????!!!!!” I was like,How could he write such a project, much less post it?” Wow! But anyway Pastor Riley. I too also believe that procreation will end in this world as we know it and will not continue in the New Jerusalem/New Earth or even heaven. It is difficult for me to fathom. I would like agree with Princess’ response that flesh and blood will not inherit the kingdom of God and that there will be no marriage, of giving in marriage. So if we will  not be getting married in the New Jerusalem, how could we procreate? We would be committing fornication pastor. Please help me to understand why you take this position of babies still being born in Heaven/New Earth/New Jerusalem.
