Will Passover usher in the Apocalypse this year? March 25, 2013

with 2 comments

At the end of the day today 6PM the Passover festival starts. It is this Passover that in my opinion will see the start of the seven year Tribulation period.

First reason is that President Obama who I believe is the Antichrist took a covenant to Israel to sign in his trip to that nation last week.

I believe that this is the covenant mentioned in Daniel 9:27 and in this covenant the fate of the world is sealed.

The same chapter of Daniel speaks of seventy weeks of years were decreed. Please notice below that the prophecy of the 70 weeks of years was stopped after the 69th week with the death of Jesus the Messiah at the third hour on the day of preparation for Passover. A parenthetical period of 1, 980 years was taken until the present time for the restart of this prophecy. Bible scholars refer to the remaining week of years as the Apocalypse of John of seven years duration.

Well what is the first thing that happens in the Apocalypse, it is the opening of the first seal that releases the white horse and its rider(the Antichrist, Mr. Barack Hussein Obama) to be a conqueror. Another thing that can be expected  is the appearance of the two witnesses of Revelation 11. The Rapture of the church may precede these two events. These events are my opinion based on biblical prophetic studies and the events that are going on in the world that follow prophecies around Israel at the time of the end of the age.

With US Secretary of State John Kerry trying to push Jerusalem and Ramallah back to the negotiating table, US officials have reportedly proposed convening a four-way summit to jump start Israeli-Palestinian peace talks in May.

Kerry met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Saturday night and into Sunday morning, several hours after holding talks with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh in Amman. He is reportedly pushing a US-devised package of arrangements to pave the way for new negotiations.

A statement issued after the meeting by Kerry’s office said Israel’s recent rapprochement with Turkey would help Jerusalem with its challenges in the region.

“The reconciliation between Israel and Turkey is a very important development that will help advance the cause of peace and stability in the region,” Kerry said in the statement. He said Netanyahu and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erodgan “deserve great credit for showing the leadership necessary to make this possible.”

“As I discussed with Prime Minister Netanyahu this evening, this will help Israel meet the many challenges it faces in the region,” Kerry said. “We look forward to an expeditious implementation of the agreement and the full normalization of relations so Israel and Turkey can work together to advance their common interests.”

The statement cottoned to an earlier remark by Netanyahu that the conflict in Syria had been a major factor in his decision to apologize to Turkey for the deaths of nine activists aboard a blockade-busting boat in May 2010.

The meeting with Kerry came as US President Barack Obama wrapped up a four-day jaunt to the region with a trip to Petra in Jordan.

US officials have suggested the US and Jordan host four-way talks with the Palestinians and Israel in early May, Saudi paper Asharq al-Awsat reported late Saturday, citing unnamed sources. The Jordanians welcomed the idea and Kerry is following up with the Israeli and Palestinians sides, according to the paper.

Earlier in the day, Judeh told Kerry he would be happy to host talks.

Negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians have been frozen since 2010, at the tail end of a 10-month settlement moratorium. Ramallah has demanded settlement construction stop before the Palestinians will come to the table, while Israel insists on talks without preconditions.

The US has been instrumental in facilitating indirect talks between the sides, with Jordan in the past playing the role of host.

In January 2012, Amman saw a meeting between Israeli negotiator Yitzhak Molcho and Palestinian counterpart Saeb Erekat, but the session failed to bring the sides together.

On Saturday, Kerry met with Netanyahu and Justice Minister Tzipi Livni — the new ministerial overseer of Israeli-Palestinian peace efforts — along with Netanyahu’s National Security Adviser Yaakov Amidror and Molcho.

The focus of the talks was to develop new ideas for enabling a resumption of direct negotiations. Netanyahu has reportedly been considering a package of goodwill gestures – including approval of building requests, and a release of prisoners — designed to encourage Abbas to come back to the peace table.

Flush with his success in arranging Friday’s Israel-Turkey reconciliation, Kerry is hoping to be able to get Israel and the Palestinians to agree within days to new talks, Channel 10 reported Saturday night. The components: Israel will agree to release a number of Palestinian prisoners and to transfer certain West Bank areas from partial (Area B) to full (Area A) Palestinian control; the Palestinians will agree not to seek to take Israel to the International Criminal Court for alleged crimes relating to its control and policies in the West Bank.

Moves to enable a resumption of talks were reportedly discussed by Obama and Netanyahu on Friday morning, with Netanyahu detailing Israel’s security needs in the Jordan Valley under a future accord, and specifying that he wanted to see a “performance-based progression” in the talks — with measurable change on the ground as the criterion for gradual steps toward the “broad agreement” Obama said he was seeking when in Ramallah on Thursday.

During his first trip to Israel and the Palestinian Authority as president, Obama called for the resumption of peace negotiations. He offered no new plan on how to get there but said Kerry would be spending considerable time on the matter.

“Peace is necessary,” Obama said Thursday in an address to Israeli students in Jerusalem. But he was decidedly more vague about what he or his secretary of state were going to do about it. Obama’s rhetoric throughout the visit seemed to suggest that the will to achieve peace must first and foremost come from the parties themselves, and that he wants to merely assume the position of an honest broker, an interlocutor who doesn’t impose concessions on either side.

It seems that Kerry, however, is eager to engage and try to bring Israelis and Palestinians closer together, and if not reach a final agreement, perhaps an interim solution.

“Kerry very much wants to be active in this area. Obama is cautious about using his presidential political capital, but Kerry is eager to act — which is why he arrived before Obama and will leave after he goes,” Michael Herzog, a veteran of past Israeli peace negation teams, told the Global Post.

Kerry is expected to spend much time in the region in the coming weeks and months.

The Seventy “Sevens”

20 While I was speaking and praying, confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel and making my request to the Lord my God for his holy hill— 21 while I was still in prayer, Gabriel, the man I had seen in the earlier vision, came to me in swift flight about the time of the evening sacrifice. 22 He instructed me and said to me, “Daniel, I have now come to give you insight and understanding. 23 As soon as you began to pray, a word went out, which I have come to tell you, for you are highly esteemed. Therefore, consider the word and understand the vision:

24 “Seventy ‘sevens’[c] are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish[d] transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the Most Holy Place.[e]

25 “Know and understand this: From the time the word goes out to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One,[f] the ruler, comes, there will be seven ‘sevens,’ and sixty-two ‘sevens.’ It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble. 26 After the sixty-two ‘sevens,’ the Anointed One will be put to death and will have nothing.[g] The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed. 27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’[h] In the middle of the ‘seven’[i] he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple[j] he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.[k][l]

Israel builds walls of separation from the Arab neighbors. March 20, 2013

leave a comment »

The article below shows the State of Israel insecure within its borders needing walls to separate them from the Arab neighbors.

It is a simple conclusion that this state of insecurity is not the condition listed by Ezekiel 38 prior to the invasion of Magog and Persia listed there.

Mr. Bill Salus in his book Psalm 83 argues this point in concluding that the Psalm 83 war must precede the Ezekiel 38 war.

I am not sure if his conclusion that this war must happen before the Tribulation period is a valid conclusion to reach. I see the possibility of the Apocalypse starting on the 26 of March this year on the festival of Passover.

We have to wait a few more days to see if all this will happen.

Israel becomes a fortress nation as it walls itself off from the Arab Spring

The renewed war in Iraq combined with Hamas’ rise in Gaza, the Muslim Brotherhood running Egypt and the conflict in Syria, the region surrounding Israel is in turmoil. In response, Israel is erecting a 150-mile fence along the border with Egypt and another one along the Syrian border. NBC’s Richard Engel reports.

By Richard Engel, Correspondent, NBC News

TEL AVIV — On a wide beach in Tel Aviv, I recently watched two Israeli men — wearing tight neon bathing suits that would make many Americans blush — play a game of paddle ball. They impressively smashed their serves and volleys with decisive forehands and backhands and dove in the sand to make saves.

A few feet away, a couple of young women in skimpy bikinis with tattoos on their ankles and shoulders stretched into yoga positions in the shade of a wooden gazebo.

You can buy ice cream and cold beer on the beach and nobody seems to litter.

If Tel Aviv’s beachfront sounds like a island of paradise in the midst of the turbulent Middle East — that’s because it is. And Israeli officials intend to keep it that way.

While the chaos unleashed by the Arab Spring continues to reverberate across the region, Israel, a small country the size of New Jersey, has been busily building about 500 miles of fence, walls and barricades to keep the surrounding Arab world out.

Keeping a lid on Gaza
Just 45 miles south of the paddle ball players in neon, Hamas runs the Gaza Strip, the narrow Palestinian territory squeezed between Egypt and Israel.

Hamas is a Palestinian political party with an aggressive militant wing. At its rallies, Hamas supporters routinely chant that one day they will destroy Israel and that Palestinians will return to their homes where Jews now live. Hamas has long been Israel’s enemy, but in the wake of the Arab Spring, the group is empowered like never before.

Behind the headlines, away from the conflict with the Palestinians, life in Israel is a vibrant mix of cosmopolitan and coast, Jews and Arabs. NBC’s Martin Fletcher looks at life from inside Israel.

Just last November, Hamas and Israel fought a brief war. Hamas launched rockets at southern Israel, and for the first time in the group’s history, at Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Many of the rockets were shot down by Israel’s U.S.-funded Iron Dome missile defense system.

More than 150 Palestinians and at least six Israelis were killed in the fighting. But Hamas walked away with significant political recognition.

Egyptian President Mohammed Mursi sent his prime minister to Gaza during the fighting to show solidarity with Hamas. That would never have happened under former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

Nir Elias / Reuters, file

Mubarak didn’t trust Hamas and kept them weak. In fact, during the previous, and far more severe, Gaza-Israel war in early 2009, Mubarak effectively helped Israel target Hamas by cutting off its border, denying escape and resupply routes.

But ever since the Arab Spring reset the Middle East and unleashed anti-Israel passions that Arab strongmen — like Mubarak — once kept at bay, Israel feels threatened. And they are fortifying their defenses.

Gaza tunnel
Now getting in and out of the Gaza Strip is increasingly difficult and bizarre.

When you exit Israel, you must first pass through a series of metal detectors and X-ray machines, before entering a long Israeli-controlled tunnel.

The tunnel is above ground, fenced in on both sides, and with a wire roof. It runs along the ground like a metal snake. It’s about 20 feet wide and stretches for about a mile with a dog-leg turn in the middle. There are cement blocks in the tunnel so you can’t drive a car through it. You have to walk, dragging your bags. It feels like you’re passing through a wormhole from a beach community into a prison.

Making the tunnel stranger still is its quiet loneliness. There aren’t any Israeli guards or officers in the tunnel. As you walk with your bags, every few hundred yards you come to a closed gate. A camera and microphone over the gate turn on as you approach. You call out to an unseen guard that you’d like to advance and, if he approves, the gate clicks open and you move to the next barrier.

Egypt fence
Beyond Gaza, about 100 miles to the southeast of the gazebos shading women on Tel Aviv’s beach, is Israel’s border with Egypt. For decades, the border was protected naturally by the bare and jagged Sinai Mountains and the open desert.

Moshe Milner / Israeli government via EPA, file

A photograph supplied by the Israeli Government Press Office in January 2013 shows a panoramic view of some of the border fence Israel has completed separating Israel from Egypt.

But now with Mubarak gone, a metal snake is going up along the Egyptian border, too.

Israel is building a 150 mile fence along the Egyptian border. It’s nearly finished — with only 6.2 miles left to go.

The fence has two layers, is 20 feet high and is topped with razor wire. It also plunges several feet under the sand, so you can’t dig underneath it. Israel clearly doesn’t feel the mountains and desert offer enough protection anymore.

The Wall
Back on the beach in Tel Aviv, few people talk about their increasingly hostile neighbors in Gaza and Egypt, or the fences that keep them out. But other barriers are even closer.

Marko Djurica / Reuters, file

A Palestinian rides a bicycle past a mural on the controversial Israeli barrier depicting the late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, at Qalandiya checkpoint near the West Bank city of Ramallah on November 26, 2012.

Just 40 miles east of Tel Aviv, a giant wall cuts off the West Bank — the landlocked Palestinian territory surrounded on three sides by Israel, and one side by Jordan. Palestinians call it the “apartheid wall” because it keeps them penned in. Israel built the wall during a spate of Hamas suicide attacks and since its construction the number of bombings in Israel has plummeted.

Keeping Syria out, too
About 100 miles north of the Tel Aviv, a new fence is going up along the border with Syria. Only about 10 miles of that barrier, which looks just like the one with Egypt, is finished. The rest is going up fast.

As I walked along the new fence with Syria with our cameraman and producer a few days ago, we were stopped by a group of Israeli border guards who politely told us to leave.

Atef Safadi / EPA

Israeli employees work on the new border fence at the Israeli-Syrian border, south of the Golan Heights, in Israel, on March 8, 2013.

The border guards, based on a hill overlooking the fence, told me they had seen fighting between Syrian government troops and rebels just a few hundred yards away from their base. The chief of staff of the Israeli military said at a conference this month that he believes it’s only a matter of time before armed factions in Syria turn their attention to Israel.

“We see terror organizations that are increasingly gaining footholds in the territory and they are fighting against Assad. Guess what? We’ll be next in line,” said Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz.

‘Fear index’ down
As Israel waits for the political storm in the Arab world to pass, it has become a fortress nation, what some experts call a “garrison state.”

Perhaps it’s human nature, but living in a bubble has some advantages. Fences and walls can be effective and even soothing, at least for those who build them.

Oliver Weiken / EPA

Israel’s military said it had accomplished its objectives while Hamas claimed victory after the two sides exchanged deadly airstrikes and rocket attacks for over a week.

A study by Haifa University’s National Security Center published this month in the Israel newspaper Haaretz said Israelis have never felt more secure in their borders. The so-called annual “fear index” is at an all-time low.

“People in Israel are simply optimistic. As a result of a hundred years of Zionism that met with difficult challenges, the public’s conceptions are that we have overcome that, and that we will overcome it in the future,” Prof. Gabriel Ben-Dor, the director of the study, told Haaretz.

But there’s twist. Israel’s Arab citizens, who may be more in touch with the profound changes in the region that they watch unfolding on Arabic-language television, were far less convinced about Israel’s security than Jewish respondents to the survey.

“It is possible the Arab population is seriously and intensively following what is happening across the border, and they judge the situation differently,” said Ben-Dor.

The Israeli military is certainly aware that things have changed for Israel.

But that apparently hasn’t sunk in for most Israelis, or, just like people on the beaches of Tel Aviv, perhaps they don’t want to think about it.

The Elections and the Future of Israel Nov 6, 2012

with 4 comments

Today the people of the USA are voting to elect their new president. It is the most important election ever done in the United States.

The important thing to know is that the present president Barack Hussein Obama is the person the Bible refers to as the Antichrist.

Regardless of who wins Obama will use his present position to make sure he controls the world. This is the role that the Bible says the Antichrist will have for the seven years of Apocalypse.

Several years ago I chanced to be hearing the radio at lunch hour and I came across the Bible teachings of John MacArthur and every day I heard this man teach me the Word in a vibrant and deep way.

A few days ago I went to his web site and he had the following series listed. I had listened to it in 1980 and just finished hearing it today.

The program is as relevant today as it was at the time it was created.

The irony of the whole thing is that the goal of the Antichrist is the goal of Satan and it is to supplant the God of Israel for himself. The Jews that so fervently support him and his party will be the ones he will betray and enslave one he obtains the power he seeks.

Beware of the Trojan Horse.

The Hopelessness of Tomorrows Elections! Nov 5, 2012

with one comment

Tomorrow is election day on the USA. No matter who your candidate is you the electors have already lost. On November 4, 2008 you the USA handed your destiny over to the Antichrist Barack Hussein Obama. Along the way the whole world follows suit and their destiny is also involved.

Yes we voted and opposed him in our writings, conversations and with every manner legally possible but it will all come to naught. As you will see and hear on the video link below all this was foreseen by our God Jesus Christ and written in both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. The video linked below has been posted today on Prophecy in the News by Mr. Gary Stearman. In the video you will see him with the deceased JR Church going into detail who Obama is and what is coming very, very soon.

Is this information new to me, no. I have documented many of the things spoken in the video for a long long time, but finally it is coalescing into a well planned and coordinated evil plan to deceive and divide that is brilliant as it comes from the pit of hell and has been put into effect by the prince of darkness Lucifer or Satan as he is well known.

The good news is that those who are true Christians will be protected from this engulfing and all inclusive trap that is set up to snare and capture you the unsuspecting public.

No matter how many people hear and see this today it will not be at all significant to alter the results of tomorrows election one bit. The impact if at all will be in the future if at all when the red is being thrown to capture, kill and enslave the world.

The only hope you as an individual reading this have, is to get on your knees and reach to Jesus Christ to save you.

The Rapture on Oct 30, 2012? A possibility yes! a reader leaves a comment!

with one comment

Thanks to Janet Herscu for the posts she send today in comments.

The possibilities that are being presented in these last days about the timing of the events for the Rapture and the start of the Tribulations are very exciting  to say the least.

The concepts involved are so complex that they lend themselves to a wide range of possibilities that are both based in science and the scriptures.

When you are hypothesizing about the causes of a shift in the earth axis, the resulting stresses on the earth mantle, the variations of the rotation of the earth and the changing of the times and seasons we are dealing with imponderables that are the sole purveyance of God.

If we are correct at seeing His divine hand at work it is because diligent human minds have labor hard and long in both the science and the scriptures that describe these events and have reached an educated conclusion.

The comment by JH:

We might as well get excited about the earth’s straightening. After all, it’s the Church’s future! So here is another article (not mine) on the same subject (straightening of the earth by 22-23 degrees with a resultant ‘loss’ of 22-23 days since the same rays shining on a certain spot on a tilted earth will be the SAME rays shining on a spot 22-23 degrees previous to that spot once the earth is straight…..thus a 22-23-day SEASONAL/CALENDAR change. This is why the 22 days between the 8th day SUCCOTH 2012 to Tues, Oct 30 deserve attention; because they are virtually ‘one and the same day when one subtracts the 22 days now and earth’s straightening will ‘eat’ those days up. Thus, the RAPTURE may be on the 8th day SUCCOTH (Shemini Atzeret) after all in this respect. It’s speculation, of course; but after Oct 30, I don’t see material worthy of further study.

A Bible Study by Jack Kelley

Jesus said to them (the Disciples), “I tell you the truth, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. (Matt. 19:28)

He (Jesus) must remain in heaven until the time comes for God to restore everything, as he promised long ago through his holy prophets. (Acts 3:21)

He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new.” Then He said, “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.” (Rev. 21:5-6)

The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom; it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon; they will see the glory of the LORD, the splendor of our God. (Isaiah 35:1-2)

The End times judgments will be devastating in the extreme, and the Lord warned that if He didn’t bring them to a close at the appointed time, not a single soul would survive (Matt. 24:22). But for the sake of the elect, He will bring them to a close and when He does the restoration will begin.

I believe one of the ancillary functions of the end times judgments will be to begin the process of returning Earth to the condition it was in just after the creation, as if the Great Tribulation is the demolition phase of the restoration. This is hinted at by phrases like “every island fled away and the mountains could not be found” (Rev. 16:20) and “there was no longer any sea” (Rev. 21:1).

Comparing verses like these with the return of long life spans indicated in Isaiah 65:20, I have concluded that Earth will once again become a single land mass surrounded by water, the way Gen. 1:9 described it. Scientists call this original land mass Pangea, and Genesis 10:25 makes mention of its division into today’s continents. We can see other evidence of how radically the Earth’s topography was changed during and after the Great Flood, and now it will be time to put things back the way they were. I think most of the present seas will either return to their underground origins or rise into the upper atmosphere to re-establish the water vapor canopy that once surrounded Earth (Gen. 1:6-7) and enabled the long pre-flood lifespans.

The mountains will be lowered, the sea floor elevated, and the continents rejoined at their seams. Streams and rivers will flow through lands that have been parched for thousands of years. The great desserts will become verdant plains again.

I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools of water, and the parched ground into springs. I will put in the desert the cedar and the acacia, the myrtle and the olive. I will set pines in the wasteland, the fir and the cypress together, so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the LORD has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it.(Isaiah 41:18-20)

The current tilt of the Earth’s axis causes extreme differences in the world’s weather and makes large areas uninhabitable. I believe this will be corrected at the time of the 2nd Coming. The axis will become upright again and the year shortened to its original 360 days. Earth will once again enjoy a world wide sub-tropical climate like it did before Adam lost it and the terrible effects of sin were loosed upon it. This is something the creation has been waiting for ever since.

The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God. (Romans 8:19-21)

When the Lord Returns in glory the wait will be over, and soon afterward the creation will once again resemble a lush garden. He will make her deserts like Eden, her waste lands like the garden of the Lord (Isaiah 51:3)

Some people are troubled by all this because they’re so in love with the creation as it currently appears. I even read a book review recently whose author is asking God to be left behind at the rapture because she can’t imagine anything being more beautiful than this present Earth, not even Heaven. People like this are limited in their thinking. In the first place, they don’t stop to think that if the Earth is this beautiful while under a curse how much more so will it be when the curse is lifted and it’s restored to its original condition?

And second, they don’t realize that the Lord has spent the last 2,000 years “preparing a place for us” in His Father’s house (John 14:2-3). The Church will no longer call Earth home but will dwell with Him there. Do these folks really think that after the rapture, when we see all eternity spread out before us, we’ll be disappointed with our future and long to go back into this fallen creation? Is that what they think the Lord has in store for us?

But our focus here is the restoration of Planet Earth, where Israel will once again be the pre-eminent nation. One of the clues we get that the Kingdom Age on Earth features Israel and not the Gentile Nations, or even the Church, is that almost all the descriptive passages are in the Old Testament, and for the most part center around Israel.

From them we learn of the desert bursting into bloom (Isaiah 35:1-2), of the land being so fertile that before they can complete the harvest it will be time to begin planting again (Amos 9:13). Peace will flow like a river and the wealth of the nations like a flooding stream (Isaiah 66:12) In Jerusalem men and women of ripe old age will sit in streets filled with playing children (Zechariah 8:4-5). And in the country side, “Every man will sit under his own vine and under his own fig tree, and no one will make them afraid, for the LORD Almighty has spoken.” (Micah 4:4)

Peace will prevail in the animal kingdom as well. Predators and prey will live side by side, and their young will lie down together, all of them existing in perfect harmony with each other and with mankind again (Isaiah 11:6-8). This will be another reversal of a post-flood condition, when fear and dread of man fell upon all the beasts of the earth and the birds of the air (Gen. 9:2-3).

And so the time of restoration will have come, and in every way Earth will be like it was in the beginning. Where ever one goes there will be peace on Earth and good will toward men, like the angel Gabriel promised to the shepherds so long ago. The Lord Himself will rule, assisted by the Church.

The mountain of the LORD’s temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and all nations will stream to it. Many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.”

The law (Torah) will go out from Zion, the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore. (Isaiah 2:2-4)

But like it was at the beginning, the seed of rebellion will still exist in the heart of natural man. Even though he’s been given every conceivable advantage in this, his last best chance to live in peace with God, within a generation or two that seed will begin to germinate as the children of Tribulation survivors come of age. Some will choose to follow their parents to the foot of the cross and receive their personal redemption. But with each generation an increasing number won’t. This will happen even though Satan will be bound, the Lord Himself will be their King, and God’s Law will be their law.

You see, there is no condition or circumstance that will allow natural man with his sin nature to live in peace with God. As the end of the Thousand Year Kingdom approaches, unbelievers will vastly out number believers again, especially among the nations. When Satan is released they will mount up as one and march across the breadth of the Earth to surround the camp of God’s people and the city He loves in a final attempt to kick the Lord off the planet. But fire from Heaven will devour them, and Satan will be captured again, this time to be thrown into the lake of fire forever. (Rev. 20:9-10)

And so for the seventh time since the creation, God will have entered into covenant with man in an attempt at coexistence. And for the seventh time all but a remnant will refuse, and the covenant will be broken and end in judgment. These seven attempts by God to live among His creation are called dispensations, or ages, and if this is a new idea for you here’s a brief description of each.

The Seven Dispensations

The first attempt has been called the Age of Innocence. Between the Creation and the Fall of Man God interacted freely and personally with man. Man was created immortal and while he had agency (the power of choice) he didn’t have a sin nature. God placed Adam and Eve in His garden and gave them only one restriction. But they violated this restriction and were expelled from the Garden. Adam, Eve, and the Serpent who beguiled them were all judged, the Creation was cursed, and sin entered the world.

Then came the Age of Conscience. From the Fall of Man to the Great Flood, God allowed man’s conscience to rule without Divine interference. Because of man’s newly acquired sin nature, the result of this was “the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” (Genesis 6:5) After repeated warnings, God destroyed all but 8 members of the Human race in the Great Flood.

Next there was the Age of Human Government which lasted from Noah’s Flood to the Tower of Babel. After the Flood, God allowed man to establish his first system of government. But the people disobeyed God’s commandment to go forth and replenish the Earth, setting about instead to build a great city and a tower to protect themselves from another flood. They also used the tower to study astrology, a corruption of the Gospel that God had written in the stars using the names of 12 constellations. So God gave each of the 70 families of man a unique language that other families weren’t able to understand. This caused confusion and distrust among the people and they drifted apart to be scattered through out the world, and God destroyed the tower.

The fourth attempt was called the Age of Promise. God set Abraham’s descendants apart as His Chosen People and promised Abraham and Sarah a son through whom He said He would bless the world. But they grew tired of waiting for Him, and they produced a son on their own, calling him Ishmael. Later, when God gave them Isaac, the son He had promised, Ishmael was sent away causing bad blood between Ishmael (Arabs) and Isaac (Jews) that continues to this day.

Number five was the Age of Law which lasted from Mt. Sinai to Pentecost. After God brought the Israelites out of Egypt, He gave Moses the 10 Commandments and offered the Jews the land He had promised to Abraham along with a life of peace and plenty if they obeyed His Law. After 2000 years of vacillating between obedience and rebellion that resulted in them rejecting the Messiah, God finally had enough, expelled them from their land, and dispersed them throughout the world. (But not forever. The Age of Law was interrupted seven years short of its allotted time while God created the Church. After the Rapture, the final 7 years, also known as Daniel’s 70th Week Israel will have one final chance to live in obedience to God and accept their Messiah.)

The Age of Grace, also known as The Church Age, was God’s sixth try. No longer requiring that righteousness be earned through obedience to the Law, God imputed His own righteousness to man by grace through faith in the completed work of the Lord Jesus, promising eternal blessing and a place in His own house to all who accept. It was the most outrageously lavish gift ever bestowed, free for the asking. But by the end of the Age of Grace most of humanity will have rejected His gift, choosing instead to live on their own terms, betting that either God doesn’t exist, or if He does He’ll allow them into His kingdom anyway. After removing the relative few who have accepted His gift so they’ll be safe with Him, He’ll punish the rest through the most severe time of judgment ever visited on Earth.

And finally there’s the Kingdom Age, number seven. This is the 1000 Year Reign of the Lord, also known as the Millennium, that we’ve been discussing. And like the previous six, it will end in failure and judgment. Seven attempts, seven failures, seven judgments. Enough is enough.

After the Millennium, God and man will enjoy a new beginning, called Eternity. We’re not given any information about this because the Bible effectively ends at the end of the Millennium. A careful reading shows that in Rev. 20, John skipped ahead after verse six to describe the final destinies of Satan and all unbelievers while he was on the subject. (Rev. 20:7-15) Then in Rev. 21:1-27 he went back to the beginning of the Millennium to show us the New Jerusalem, and in Rev. 22:1-6 gave us a glimpse of Millennial life on Earth. We know this because Rev. 21:1 is a direct quote from Isaiah 65:17 where the context is the Kingdom age in Israel and Rev. 22:1-6 is a summary of Ezekiel 47, also a millennial passage.

As part of the Church we’ll effectively have a head start on Eternity, as will resurrected believers from both Old Testament times and Daniel’s 70th Week. But we’ll have to wait at least until the rapture to see what it’s going to be like. All we know for now is that it’ll be the greatest adventure ever designed for mankind, and we’re at the head of the line.

Here’s an interesting article concerning the ‘straightening of the earth’ at the Lord’s Return:

The Pre-Flood 360-Day Calendar & the Second Coming

Copyright © Tim Warner,

One of the most perplexing problems for Biblical chronologists is explaining the

calendar data given in Genesis 7-8. The flood began on the 17

th day of the 2nd month.

The ark rested on the 17

th day of the 7th month, five months to the day. Genesis describes

this period as 150 days, (Gen. 7:11,24, 8:3-4). Therefore, these five months on Noah’s

calendar consisted of exactly 30 days each, (30×5=150). Noah’s lunar months (30 days)

were about a half day longer than the present lunar months (29.53 days). If you

extrapolate Noah’s lunar calendar for the full 12 months of the year, it is apparent he

knew a 360 day lunar year, (30×12=360).

Noah’s calendar was different from both the present lunar calendar (354.53 days), and

present solar calendar (365.24 days). Something occurred about the time of the flood

that altered the calendar, making it necessary to add an intercalary month every 2 or 3

years to keep the lunar calendar in sync with the seasons. I have not previously heard

an adequate explanation that could account for the apparent separation of the lunar –

solar year from the pre-flood calendar. In this paper I will present a hypothesis which

may answer this question. Please keep in mind that this is only a hypothesis, and is

subject to correction if the mathematical data proves it false.

No Solar Year Before the Flood

The earth’s tilt on its axis is what gives us the seasons. If the earth’s axis was

perpendicular to the ecliptic, (0 degree tilt), there would be no seasons at all, and no

such thing as a “solar year.” The earth’s temperature at each latitude would be constant

year round. The weather would be extremely mild and non-violent. With no seasons

and a very mild, stable climate, crops could be planted and harvested year round. Food

storage would be completely unnecessary. Remember, people prior to the flood were

vegetarians, (cf. Gen. 1:29-30 & 9:1-4). Around the 30 – 40 degree latitudes, every day

would be comfortable, perhaps in the mid 60s to mid 70s year round. Remember, Adam

and Eve were naked prior to the fall, with absolutely no provision for warm clothing in

With no inclination of the earth’s axis, there would be no such thing as a “solar year”

because no seasonal changes would occur to measure it by. The days would not get

longer and shorter throughout the year. The sun would not appear to drift in its ark

across the sky, but would follow precisely the same path year round.

That the four seasons, with their yearly oscillations of cold and heat, did not exist before

the flood is supported by the Genesis data.

1 There is no mention of any of the four

seasons, weather, changing climate, or changing temperature until the flood.

Immediately after the flood, God introduced the four seasons to Noah, characterizing

them by the terms, “cold” and “heat.”

Gen 8:20-22 LXX

20 And Noe built an altar to the Lord, and took of all clean beasts, and of all clean birds,

and offered a whole burnt–offering upon the altar.

21 And the Lord God smelled a smell of sweetness, and the Lord God having considered,

said, I will not any more curse the earth, because of the works of men, because the

imagination of man is intently bent upon evil things from his youth, I will not therefore

any more smite all living flesh as I have done.

22 All the days of the earth,

seed and harvest, cold and heat, summer and spring,

shall not cease by day or night

The “curse” on the ground in verse 21, and “smiting” the earth, both refer to what God

did to the earth on account of the sin of mankind in Noah’s day. Verse 22 makes no

sense in this context unless the four seasons described were just being introduced for

the first time. Had they been occurring all along, what would be the point of telling

Noah that the four seasons would continue perpetually? The only logical reason for

making such a statement was to let Noah know that a new situation had arisen, the

earth having four seasons varying from cold to hot. Noah should expect this to be

permanent, not just a temporary aberration from the flood. Therefore, the only

reasonable explanation of this passage from a scientific point of view is that the earth

tilted on its axis, from 0 degrees prior to the flood, to its present 23.5 degrees.

Answers in Genesis claims that Christians should not use the argument that the earth’s axis was not tilted before the flood,

. Their stated reason is not scientific, but textual.

“Genesis 1:14 reveals seasons did exist prior to the Flood.”

While AiG’s work in science is first rate, and we highly recommend it, their

interpretation of this passage is wrong. The word “seasons” in Genesis 1:14 is “moedh.” It has nothing to do with the four seasons

(winter, spring, fall, and summer). It means “appointed time,” (Gen. 17:21; 18:14; 21:2; Ex. 9:5). In the Torah, it almost always refers

to the Jewish feast days that were calculated by the new moon (Ex. 13:10; 23:15; Lev. 23:2,4; 23:37,44; Num. 9:2-3,7,13; 10:10; 15:3; 28:2;

29:39; Deut. 16:6; 31:10). In fact, Psalm 104:19 states plainly that God

“appointed the moon for seasons” (moedh). The moon has nothing

to do with spring, summer, fall, and winter. It has everything to do with the lunar calendar, by which all the feasts were calculated.

This Hebrew word is never used in the Torah to refer to any of the four seasons. The point of Genesis 1:14 was that the heavenly

bodies were given partly for calculating the feasts of the Lord (seasons), by keeping a lunar calendar. The International Standard

Bible Encyclopedia states:

“The sun and moon were appointed “to give light upon the earth” and “for signs,” and “for days and years.” They

were also appointed “for seasons” (mo’ adhim), i.e. “appointed assemblies.” These seasons were not primarily such seasons as the progress of the

year brings forth in the form of changes of weather or of the condition of vegetation; they were seasons for worship. The word mo’edh occurs some

219 times; in 149 it is translated “congregation,” and in about 50 other instances by “solemn assembly” or some equivalent expression. Thus

before ever man was created, God had provided for him times to worship and had appointed two great lights of heaven to serve as signals to call to

The objection of Answers in Genesis to this theory based on the Genesis passage is unfounded.

The flood and the confounding of the languages are found in ancient pagan

mythologies. That many cultures have such legends is powerful evidence that the

events in the Bible really took place, even though pagans greatly embellished them.

Ancient civilizations invented absurd legends of gods interacting with the creation in

order to explain nature as they observed it. The ancient Greeks had a legend of a

previous golden age with no change of seasons, where crops grew in abundance year

round. In this previous age, men did not grow old. This sounds remarkably similar to

the biblical account of the great ages reached by men before the flood.

“Virgo is the second-largest constellation in the sky, exceeded only by the much fainter

Hydra. The Greeks called the constellation Parthenos. She is usually identified as Dike,

goddess of justice, who was daughter of Zeus and Themis; … Dike was supposed to have

lived on Earth in the Golden Age of mankind, when Cronus ruled Olympus. It was a

time of peace and happiness,

a season of perennial spring when food grew without

and humans never grew old. Men lived like the gods, not knowing work,

sorrow, crime or war. Dike moved among them, dispensing wisdom and justice.

“Then, when Zeus overthrew his father Cronus on Olympus, the Silver Age began,

inferior to the age that had just passed. In the Silver Age,

Zeus shortened springtime

and introduced the yearly cycle of seasons

. Humans in this age became quarrelsome

and ceased to honour the gods. Dike longed for the idyllic days gone by. She assembled

the human race and spoke sternly to them for forsaking the ideals of their ancestors.

‘Worse is to come’, she warned them. Then she spread her wings and took refuge in the

mountains, turning her back on mankind.”

That the seasons began at the time of the flood is further supported by an ancient Jewish

tradition contained in the Book of Jubilees, a Jewish apocryphal work written about

200BC. According to this tradition, Noah was the first to inaugurate four festivals to

mark the four seasons.

“And on the new moon of the first month, and on the new moon of the fourth month, and

on the new moon of the seventh month, and on the new moon of the tenth month are the

days of remembrance, and the days of the seasons in the four divisions of the year. These

are written and ordained as a testimony for ever. And Noah ordained them for himself as

feasts for the generations for ever, so that they have become thereby a memorial unto

Ridpath, Ian, Star Tales; chapter 3; Virgo. Notice also the similarity to Revelation

12, the woman clothed with the sun, and moon under her feet, who is given two great wings and flies into the wilderness.

Book of Jubilees, VI, 23-24

The Sumerians (the civilization that built the tower of Babel) used a 360 day calendar

with 12 months of 30 days.

4 However, the calendar was corrected to the solar year by

adding 5 extra days at the end of each year. The actual use of a 360 day calendar after

the flood can easily be explained if Noah and his sons only knew of a 360 day year prior

to the flood. There is no apparent reason for anyone to use a 360 day calendar because it

does not agree with either the solar year (365 days) or lunar year (354 days).

The Shortened Lunar Year

As was pointed out previously, the pre-flood lunar month was 30 days, and the lunar

year was 360 days. This is established by the text. The tilting of the earth on its axis

explains how the seasons began, and consequently made it necessary to keep a 365.24

day solar calendar for the agricultural cycle.

If this theory is correct, we would expect the tilting of the earth on its axis to also

explain the shortening of the lunar month from 30 days to 29.5 days, (making the lunar

year 354.37 days instead of 360 days). If the same physical change (tilting the earth’s

axis) also shortens the lunar year, this explanation becomes highly probable.

What would it take to shorten the number of days in a lunar month that involves a

physical change to the earth only? The only possibility is to slow the earth’s rotation.

Since the moon’s revolutions do not change, a slowing of the earth’s rotation would

make the days slightly longer, and there would be slightly fewer days in a single lunar

cycle. Therefore, for this theory to work, the effect of tilting the earth’s axis must also

slow its rotation.

If God disrupted the earth’s tilt by applying an outside force, two important

phenomena would occur. First, the shift of the earth’s axis would generate tremendous

turbulence and internal friction within the earth’s molten core as it struggled to reorient

to a different angle of rotation. The net effect of this internal friction would be a

significant braking of the earth’s speed of rotation until the molten core realigned itself

to the new axis. The energy of the core’s momentum would be converted to heat.

The second effect from tilting the earth’s axis concerns the earth’s crust. We know from

Genesis that the earth originally had only one super continent, and one super ocean.

Then God said, ‘Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry

land appear’; and it was so.”

5 Tilting the spinning earth would create an enormous

gyroscopic torque effect on the earth’s crust, tearing this super continent apart.

Calendars through the Ages,

Gen 1:9 NASB

John Baumgardner, PhD., of Los Alamos National Laboratory, has done pioneering

work with computer models demonstrating how catastrophic plate tectonics accounts

for the present state of the earth, and Noah’s flood.

6 Yet, his theory lacks a specific

trigger for the thermal runaway necessary to begin the subduction process.

7 The

gyroscopic torque effect on the earth’s crust, and enormous heat generated by the

shifting core, could easily provide such a trigger. A chain reaction of rapid continental

shifting would result. The law of conservation of energy, (first law of thermodynamics),

requires that the enormous heat energy in Baumgardner’s model must have been

converted from kinetic energy. The kinetic energy of the earth’s rotation being

converted to heat therefore provides a significant braking effect on the earth’s rotation.

The slower rotation would make for slightly longer days and nights. The moon’s cycles

and phases would not change. But longer days mean slightly fewer days would elapse

during a single lunar cycle. Consequently, the lunar month went from 30 days to 29.5

days. The lunar year went from 360 days (12 lunar months) to 354.37 days per lunar

year. This is the direct result of a decreased rotation speed of the earth.

Once the seasons began after the flood, it quickly became necessary to correct the lunar

calendar every 2 or 3 years by adding an intercalary month to synchronize it with the

new seasons for agricultural purposes.

The Future Result of the Shift in the Earth’s Axis

Isaiah indicates that the earth’s axis will once again be greatly disturbed just prior to

Jesus’ return. There is currently a slight wobble in the earth’s rotation. However, this

wobble will apparently become much faster and much greater in magnitude. Below is

the LXX rendering of Isaiah 24:18-20, with my literal translation following.

Isaiah 24:18b-20 LXX

In the same article, Baumgardner explains the lack of a specific trigger as follows: “What about the triggering mechanism for the

runaway of the mantle’s boundary layers? In my opinion the simplest possibility is that the initial state from which the runaway

emerged was built into the Earth as God originally formed it. In fact, I believe this almost certainly had to have been the case. It is

also plausible that the Earth’s mantle had been grinding inexorably toward catastrophe during all the 1650 or so years from when

Adam disobeyed until “all the fountains of the great deep were broken up,” such that no separate trigger immediately prior to the

Flood event itself was even necessary. For lack of any more specific information about how the cataclysm was triggered, I

personally prefer this simple hypothesis.”

Isaiah 24:18b-20 Literal Translation

18… For

windows from heaven were opened, and the foundations of the earth

shall be shaken

19 By disturbance the earth

shall be disturbed, and by perplexity the earth shall be

20 It

has tilted, and the earth shall wobble like a storehouse, like one intoxicated and

dizzy, and it

shall fall and not be able to rise up. For lawlessness shall grow strong

upon it.

Note the changes in verb tense. The clause,

“windows from heaven were opened” in verse

18 clearly refers to the Genesis account of Noah’s flood.

8 The ultimate consequence will

be the future shaking of the foundations of the earth.

There is a parallel structure to these verses. Verses 18-19 are parallel to verse 20. In both,

the past event of the flood is mentioned first:

“windows of heaven were opened” and “[the

earth] has tilted.”

The future result follows in both: “the foundations of the earth shall be

and “the earth shall wobble …like one intoxicated and dizzy.”

Now, let’s consider another critical prophecy, this time from Psalm 102:25-26. This

passage was quoted in Hebrews 1:10-12 verbatim from the LXX. Below is the LXX

rendering followed by my literal translation.

Psalm 102:25-26 (Hebrews 1:10-12) Literal Translation

25 At the beginning, You, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the

works of Your hands.

26 They shall self-destruct, yet You remain. And all, like a garment, shall become aged.

And as a thrown around garment You shall whirl them, and they shall be altered.

The verb rendered “self-destruct” is in the middle voice, meaning the destruction is

performed by the created bodies upon themselves. However, the verb rendered,

“become aged” is in the passive voice. This indicates that the created bodies are passive

in their aging and obvious decay. Finally, note the curious language of verse 26. Two

Genesis 7:11

different words for “garment” are used. When speaking of growing old, the normal

word for garment is used. However, when God gets involved, the word for “garment”

refers to a cloak that is thrown around the body. The word literally means,

thrown around.”

That is, a cape or cloak that one spins to one side while its momentum

brings it around the back to the other side. This strongly implies an accelerated

spinning of the heavenly bodies. Additionally, the clause,

“You shall whirl them,” clearly

has this idea in view.

From this passage we see that the bodies of our solar system will deteriorate and wind

down. At some point things will become unstable and the system will begin to selfdestruct.

The stable motions will become chaotic. This is a perfect description of the

violent “wobble” of the earth on its axis found in Isaiah 24. Finally, when God steps in

at the second coming of Jesus, He will correct the chaos, and spin the created bodies,

altering (and correcting) their motion. This is, of course, what is meant by

“the new

heavens and new earth”

mentioned by Isaiah (65-66) and Peter (2 Peter 3), which will

occur at the second coming of Jesus.

This predicted violent wobble in the earth’s axis explains all of Jesus’ predictions of

world-wide catastrophes immediately prior to His second coming. Consider the

following amazing prophecy of Jesus, all of which would result from the violent wobble

of the earth on its axis prophesied by Isaiah.

Luke 21:11-12, 25-33 NKJV

11 And

there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and

and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven. …

25 And

there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the

earth distress of nations, with perplexity,

the sea and the waves roaring; 26 men’s

hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the

earth, for

the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 27 Then they will see the Son of

Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 Now

when these things begin

to happen

, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”

29 Then He spoke to them a parable: “Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. 30 When they

are already budding, you see and know for yourselves that summer is now near. 31 So

you also,

when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near.

32 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all things take

place. 33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

The observable phenomenon in the heavens will be that the sun, moon, planets, and

stars will no longer follow their prescribed paths across the sky. The earthquakes and

seas roaring will result from the erratic stresses on the earth from the wobble of its axis

The year of Perfect Order has had some interesting comments and the reply by Jim Bramlett is posted below.

Jim Bramlett (23 Oct 2012)

My friend says:

Regarding what Gerry (I think she meant Garry) wrote today on Doves…God is NOT on the Lunar calendar… if He was…He would not have raised up the Greek astronomer Meta in  432 BC to discover the 19 year leap year Metonic cycle for the sole purpose of RECTIFYING the Lunar calendar with the Solar Calendar, 7 times in 19 years- in the 3rd, 6th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 17th and 19th years.  IF the Jews were to follow the lunar calendar the Mosaic feast days would fall in all four seasons…going around the Calendar just like the Arabic calendar of today.  Jesus validated the Adar 2 calendar by coming to Israel in such a year in 27 A.D.
The Solar calendar is based on the cycle of the SUN on its yearly “pathway” through the sky, which is a true symbol of the SON, on its permanent cycles of rising in the EAST, being in the MIDDLE of the sky at noontime in Israel (“in the heat of the day”) and setting in the WEST.  The direction of the EAST is ALWAYS associated with the Messiah in Scripture…”His sign in the east,”   “My deliverer from the east”, “the east wind of destruction,”  the tribe of Judah camped on the east during the Wilderness journey.  Moses, Aaron and the Levites always camped to the east from the door of the Tabernacle, the Eastern Gate,  the Mount of Olives east of Jerusalem,  the glory of the Lord always entered and left the Temple by way of the east, the River of Life flows to the east, etc.
All Jewish cemeteries bury their dead with the head and the feet pointing eastward, to be ready for the direction of resurrection.
The New Moon does NOT establish the year of perfect order.  It is ONLY when Nisan 1 falls on Thursday, that a Jewish year of perfect order is established!
2016 is NOT a year of perfect order according to the established Jewish calendar!

Is today the start of the 7 year Tribulation? Are the two witnesses coming today?

with 3 comments

Janet Herscu has posted a comment in this blog today with the last timeline scenario that can be discerned with the scriptures and the events in the past. If today goes by and there is no Rapture it is not over yet, but the Rapture is a floating event that is not discernible.   Now the beginning of the 7 years of Apocalypse is another thing. The Tribulation is event dependent and time constrained. For starters the maximum end is limited by the prophecy relating to the birth of the Nation of Israel and also to the recapture of Jerusalem.

As the article explains the signing of the covenant by the Antichrist (Obama) could be done in secret and the fact not released at that moment or released at a date that is politically expedient to gain advantage in the coming elections.

It is well to remember that the first seal of Revelation 6:1 opens with the white horse and its rider the Antichrist (Obama) this could have happened in heaven and not known on earth by humans. I am speculating that Satan and the fallen angels are aware that this has occurred at the time it does. So all may seem uneventful for a time till the second seal the red horse of war is opened in heaven by the lamb. At this point the events on earth will be very obvious to see as WWIII would have started. It could be a few days or one or two weeks for the full destruction to be manifested and even more time for the full nuclear exchanges to take place.

It is at this point that to me it would be very difficult to see how the true church of Jesus Christ could still be here on earth and not Raptured by Jesus.

So the facts are here for all to see and to those of us watchers it is becoming exceedingly difficult to encapsulate all the events and prophecies in a coherent and true timeline.

A very definitive sign that we are in the Tribulation is the appearance of the two witnesses that according to Rev 11 start their ministry on the first day of the Tribulation and end 1, 260 days after.

Janet your work has been extensive and well thought and I thank you for the post, but even after tomorrow it may still be mostly right.

Janet Herscu’s post below:

Submitted on 2012/10/08 at 3:16 am

After tomorrow (Monday/Tish 22/Oct 8), I’m done. Tomorrow is STILL Succoth, you know…..albeit the 8th Day therof. Note that eveything related to Jesus is NUMBER 8 (hope you still have my chart of the 8′s!); so the 8th Day of this great Feast is VERY significant.

Just for the fun of it (& for ‘old times’ sake’) I’ll review the scenario as I presume it now (one last time).

1-yr warn: Oct 8, 2011 (Yom Kip) to Oct 8, 2012 = 1 solar yr.

1 Jewish yr-warning: Oct 20, 2011 (Tish 22) to Oct 8, 2012 (Tish 22) = 1 Jewish yr (355…SHANA/Heb #’s).

Return (Aug 30, 2019/Av 29) plus 30 days is ROSH HASHANA, 2019, yr 5780 when Jesus enters the Temple with the Remnant (Isa 63).

Rosh Hashana 2019, when Jesus REconsecrates the Temple, is exactly 2300 days (+3 uncounted at mid trib) past JUNE 10, 2013, 46th anniv end 6-day war; so June 10, 2013 starts 3rd Temple Worship/live sacrifices (desecration).

June 10, 2013 is 7 mths (burying bodies/bldg 3rd Temple) past Nov 10-21, 2012, 40+ (?) days past the Rapture during which the N. Invasion will occur ending at the Divine Victory in Israel’s mts/Ezek 38-39 (hail/quake).

Mid trib (a.c. ‘rises’ & kills Elij & Moses) is March 21, 2016, ARIES 1 (8th sign/Lamb) plus 3+ days Elijah and Moses rise (all see).

Return plus 52 days (75 days total minus the 23-day tilt loss at earth’s straightening) is TISHREI 22; thus the entire trib is TISH 22 (2012) to TISH 22 (2019).

Rapture on Tishrei 22, 2012 is also exactly 21 days past ROSH, 2012, the 5th Feast……thus the projected hindsight view of the scenario when earth is straight will be AS the Rapture having occurred on Rosh…thus 5th Feast fulfilled. Note also the 21-day ‘delay’ in the Angel Michael’s battle/Dan 12.

The 7-day warning was TISH 15 to TISH 22 (as Noah’s 7-day warning before flood).

At the end of the trib both calendars & the Mazzarot will be in sync: OCT 21-22, TISH 22, SCOR 22.

Also, Oct 21-22 plus 360 days (1st perf Millen yr) will be Oct 15, 2020, TISHREI 15 each yr from then on (Tabernacles/Zech 14).

IF there was a ‘secret’ SIGNING 3 days before the Rapture (Oct 5), then that was LIBRA 15, exact middle of the sign of JUDGMENT (balanced judg). Also is SIGNING was on Oct 5, then exactly 2550 days reach Jesus’ Entrance into the Temple on Rosh Hashana, 2019.

Know too that TISH 22 was Jesus’ Circum Day.

Jesus Returns Av 29, 2019 which is still in the ROSH yr of 5779, end of the Pyramid timeline of Rosh 2011 to Rosh 2018 and matching the 5779 inches/ht of Pyramid w/ capstone and the 5779-degree Kelvin temp of the sun.

Jesus Returns in 2019, Isa 19:19 is the Pyramid verse, Rev 19:1 is the Return (all 19′s….interesting).

Review the 18 ‘uncounted yrs’ and minus the 18 yrs from ROSH 2019 (Temple Entrance) to arrive at the legal START of the MILLENNIUM at 2001 (6001), right on schedule (albeit it may be hard to ‘swallow’ such presumption as those 18 ‘uncounted’ yrs).

All is fine w/ the three 1260′s, the 1290, the 1335, the 7 mths, exact 7 Jewish yrs trib, the 2300 and the 2550. But, WOW!…..Jesus surely is handling all of this in the ‘FULLNESS of TIME.’ Remember that the Red Sea opened up at the LAST SECOND before death to the Hebrews. He waited til the last minute for everything else too.

If we’re still here late tomorrow, I’ve done all this study for nothing and likely discouraged fellow watchers!…..SO SORRY!!…..been fun while it lasted, though………..and after tomorrow (as I ‘ponder a post-trib Rapture’…ugh!… if it matters!) I may tune in to Jim Bakker’s show for my 7-yr supply of food!….the chocolate pudding w/ its 20 ingredients looks especially good; then I may also tune in to Irvin Baxter’s scarey end-times program and try to glean any hope for possible survival as I prepare for enduring the opening of the horrific seals & the dreadful vials to be poured out upon the earth. I just hate for these 2 guys to have the ‘last say’…………..J.H.

Oh yes…..and Elijah and Moses RISE on PURIM (II Adar 14) 2016, Mar 24. I can’t leave that out!

Today Mr. John Tng of posted an article about the possible date for the Rapture.

John has a very good mind to uncover messages in the Bible that are given numerically by God. In this article the numbers are pointing to an specific date with year, month and day. The article uses messages given by an angel as well as the numerical position of several Bible Chapters and verses. This info can be found in the Bible Wheel.

On a significant side note to these very important discoveries I will relate a personal note that I see as significant to this message and it is the birthday of my son who was adopted by us. The day we were told that he was assigned to us by the adopting agency I went and opened my Bible randomly and the page started with the angel Gabriel announcing to Mary as follows:  Luke 1:28  (The angel went to her and——This part was in the page before)

said. Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you”

The two pages ended in Luke 2:23 and in the text it describes the two most important births of the Bible the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and that of the voice that announces his coming the first time.

My sons birthday this year falls on Tu B’ AV (8/3/12) and could the message be that through him I would see the Rapture date? We will see in a few short days.

“The Rapture Date”

Dear Doves,

At around midnight on Dec 23, 1993, Vincent Tan had an encounter with an unnamed angel who left him $2.34, a mysterious clue to the rapture. The story was first reported by Jim Bramlett around the time when I started surfing the Internet in the mid nineties. I got to know Jim because of his angel reports; you can read more about them here at this link:

I believe the angel is none other than the Archangel Gabriel since nine months earlier Vincent had his first encounter in which the angel identified himself as Gabriel. It behooves us watchers to take the number 234 seriously and ponder its link to the rapture if indeed the personage is a renown messenger of God, known to have announced the coming of the LORD in his four appearances recorded in the Bible (Dan 8, 9 and Luke 1).

The numeric clue is cryptic and has racked many a brain. I cannot lay claim to the riddle’s final cracking, but I think you will find my solution intriguing. In any case, in a few days’ time, we will know whether the riddle has been solved. If the rapture finally happens, then I hope many people will realize that God has given the world advanced warning and that the rapture is a Biblical truth; and I pray also that they will not be deceived by the Antichrist.

It appears that Gabriel is very much into Bible chapter counting much as I do! Let me explain. In the Old Testament, Gabriel only appears in the Book of Daniel chapter 8 and 9 — the latter is chapter 859 counting from Genesis chapter 1.

Let us see how Gabriel subtly brought in the number 859 during his encounter with Vincent. While waiting for the truck to be charged, Gabriel read six rapture-related scriptures to Vincent — Mat 24:36, 42, John 14:1,2,3, and Rev 3:11. Out of curiosity I added the chapter and verse numbers and obtained a sum of 5615 (2436 + 2442 + 141 + 142 + 143 + 311).  The sum 5615 looks like an ordinary number except that when treated as a Bible chapter number, it is chapter 859 (5615 = 1189×4 + 859)!

So the choice of the six scriptures is calculated. Gabriel, the angel who delivered the 70 Weeks Prophecy to Daniel in chapter 859 (Daniel chapter 9), seems to be directing our attention to the same chapter for some reason. Could it be that, the number 859 and the time marker number 234, both came through Gabriel, point us to the rapture date?

Chapter 859 is a remarkable prophetic chapter full of numeric clues. Indeed, it records one of the greatest prophetic passages in the Bible, containing prophecies of the first and second comings of Christ; hence, to find the rapture date hidden here should not surprise us.

The Number 234 & the Year 2012

Let me dwell a little first on the number 234 before linking it to 859. We have seen in Part 2 (link here) the curious property of the time marker number 234 in linking the same Gregorian year in three different year counts using Bible chapters; for example for year 2012:

ch 590 (Ps 112: year 2012)           ch 823 (year 2012)                 ch 1056 (year 2012)
<———–  234 chapters ———–>       <———  234 chapters ———>

Furthermore, the number 234 appears to be pointing to 2012 as a very SPECIAL YEAR matching its Hebrew equivalent year 5772. For many years I was aware that chapter 234 is chapter 2 of the Book of Ruth. With all the information that is coming out now on Tu B’Av (Aug 2/3, 2012), isn’t it astounding to know that the END OF THE WHEAT HARVEST recorded in the last verse of chapter 234 is TU B’AV?

Everything seems to fit in terms of feast and prophetic types in this beautiful love story between Boaz and Ruth.

Let me give you another confirmation from the LORD concerning the number 234 and the current year. If we begin counting Bible chapters starting from Ruth chapter 2 (chapter 234), the curious property of 234 as a time marker number can once again be observed as follows in addition to the above illustration:

ch 234                                                               ch 1056 (year 2012)
<—————————–  2012 chapters —————————->

While the above for year 2012 is not unique, that is, it works also for other years from 2003 to 2145, however, the link below is SOMETHING ELSE ALTOGETHER:

ch 234                                                               ch 1121 (year 2012)
<—————————  888  chapters ————————->

There are precisely 888 chapters between chapter 234 and chapter 1121 (my birth month-day number pointing to year 2012). The Greek gematria value of JESUS is 888!

Of the years between 2003 and 2145, a window of years calved out by making chapter 234 the starting chapter, JESUS points to ONLY ONE YEAR — our current year!

Gabriel’s Numbers: 234 & 859

In the Old Testament, the mention of Ruth is confined solely to the Book of Ruth. At the end of chapter 234 (Ruth chapter 2), the name Ruth is mentioned for the 8th time, pointing to the month of August. The Book of Ruth is also the 8th book of the Bible. Chapter 2 could well point to the 2nd day of August, the start of Tu B’Av 6pm sundown.

But get this right. Adding the chapter and verse numbers of the first eight occurrences of ‘Ruth’ ending in chapter 234 yields a very interesting sum: 14+114+116+122+22+28+221+222 = 859, Gabriel’s number!!!

Just think for a moment. What are the chances that the number 859 pops out where 234 is found? We saw that in Vincent’s encounter; now we are seeing it in Ruth chapter 2, the chapter that intimates a Tu B’Av rapture.

But you may not be prepared for what I am about to write. Recall the statement I shouted:

The Prophecy of 70 Weeks recorded in Daniel chapter 9, that is chapter 859, is perhaps the most well-known and controversial prophecy in the Bible. With all due respect to all past Bible scholars, including the brilliant genius Isaac Newton, who attempted to crack the riddle hidden in the prophecy by examining the scriptures hermeneutically, my method is poles apart and based totally on Bible numerics.

First, notice this ‘coincidence’: Just before Gabriel laid out the riddle in Dan 9:24, he said to Daniel in verse 23,  “At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.”

The year 2012 stares out at us. Maybe you want to shrug it off as a random occurrence, but what if there is another unlikely coincidence acting as a double witness?

Try this piece of unearthly arithmetic: Divide 2012 by the angelic token 2.34; the results is 859.83 rounded to two decimal digits!

Isolate Gabriel’s numbers, 234 & 859, and the rapture date is revealed by the remaining numbers in the division: 2012-8-3, or the 3rd of August, 2012!

There are 27 verses in Daniel chapter 9; 0.83 of 27 verses is 23 verses; Dan 9:23 is verse 22012.

The TORAH Witness

The Jews read through the Torah, the first five books of the Bible, during the sabbaths in a yearly cycle for the past two millennia since the destruction of the Temple in 70 A.D. Few weeks ago I was curious as to which Torah passage is read the sabbath before Tu B’Av this year, which incidentally has just past three days ago; the passage that was read on what is known as the Shabbat Chazon, or Sabbath of Vision, is Deuteronomy 1:1 – 3:22.

You can already see a couple of neon signs flashing: 1) Shabbat Chazon this year fell on Tisha B’Av. 2) Gabriel exhorted Daniel to consider the VISION in verse 22012.

But what have all these to do with the rapture date on Tu B’Av?

Only two very simple yet direct connections.

First, Deuteronomy chapter 1 is chapter 154 of the Bible. Years ago Clay Cantrell pointed out these links: The clock time, 2:34, is minute 154; and the Greek gematria value of GABRIEL is 154! So Gabriel is turning our attention to Deuteronomy chapter 1, a chapter that describes the lifting of the curse of the 15,000 deaths which happened every Tisha B’Av during the Wilderness Wandering. The curse stopped on the last Tisha B’Av and the people only realized it one week later on Tu B’Av.

But the kicker is this. Deuteronomy chapter 1 is chapter 2012 of the Old Testament!

ch 154 = ch 2012 = 2 x 929 + 154

If the Torah reading proves to be prophetic, we are in a very small window of time within this week for prophecy to be fulfilled.

Let us hope for the best!

Is the covenant that starts the Apocalypse signed yesterday? July 28, 2012

with 3 comments

For those of you who are not to familiar with prophecy, the prophet Daniel 9:27 “(27He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’i In the middle of the ‘seven’j he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing [of the temple] he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.kl)”.

Did Israel just confirm the covenant with the Antichrist which gives rice to the last week of years? Av 9 has been a disaster to Israel and maybe it turns out to be a disaster again.

Daniel Matson (12 March 2012) “The Jacob Code – The Key of Padan-Aram”

This is the latest of Mr. Watson’s articles showing a possible timeline for the 7 years Tribulation.

Daniel Matson (12 March 2012)
The Jacob Code – The Key of Padan-Aram

Daniel Matson  – March 11, 2012
While still in the mode of the Patriarchal model, the time of Jacob (147 years) and his periods of seven years were considered further. From the Generations article one month ago, it was suggested that Jacob’s life span of 147 years might parallel the period of time from Petah Tikva (AD 1878) until  the 147th year runs its course in 2024/2025. Was there something else that might lead to further credibility to this theory?
The thought then came to mind if Jacob’s first period of seven years that began at Padan-Aram could possibly parallel the seven years of the Holocaust from 1938 to 1945, as documented in The Times of Jacob’s Troubles. This was postulated without any knowledge of how old Jacob was at the time he fled to Padan-Aram. However, it is not an easy task in determining his age at that moment.
The conventional answer for Jacob’s age when he first meets Rachel is 77 years of age. Probably a bit older than one would have envisioned when hearing the story. The reasoning is that Jacob was 130 years old when he came to Pharaoh in the famine (Genesis 47:28). This was at the completion of the second year of famine with five more years to go (Genesis 45:6).  Therefore, Joseph ascended to power nine years early through his interpretation of the dream, which would make Jacob 121 years old at that time. Then since Joseph was 30 years old when he came to power (Genesis 41:46), that would mean that Jacob was 91 years old when Joseph was born. When Joseph was born, it was at the end of the 14 years or two sets of sevens (Genesis 30:25). Therefore, the age off 77 years at the time Jacob came to Padan-Aram is gained by such reasoning, which appears sound.
However, there is a problem with this deduction.* When Jacob flees to Padan-Aram, Esau goes to Ishmael to obtain another wife in an attempt to please his family (Genesis 28:9). If Jacob and Esau are both 77 years old at this time, then Ishmael would have to have been 151 years old since Ishmael was born 14 years before Isaac (Genesis 16:16) and Isaac had his sons at 60 years of age (Genesis 25:26). This is not possible since Ishmael lived to be 137 years old (Genesis 25:17)! So apparently Esau was visiting the ghost of Ishmael to obtain his bride! This is of course not likely at all. Esau must then be visiting Ishmael at some point before his 137 years are complete. Therefore, the twins’ age must be at the least 14 years younger than the traditional view of 77 years of age. They could not be older than 63 at the time of Jacob fleeing to Padan-Aram and Esau going to Ishmael.
Under the conventional understanding, the only part of Jacob’s chronology that would allow adjustment is the part of Joseph being 30 years old when he stands before Pharaoh. Similar Scripture utilizing the Hebrew word for “stand” does not mean from the year of one’s birth.  In 1 Samuel 13:1 it says Saul is “a son of a year in his reigning”, so it refers to the time from his anointing (1 Samuel 10:1). This fact coupled with Genesis 37:3 brings additional light. In Genesis, Joseph is called “a son of his (Jacob’s) old age”. However, it is aptly pointed out that Joseph was born near to the time of his brothers, but it was Benjamin who was truly the son of his old age. Rather, as the story goes, Reuben had just slept with Bilhah and Joseph gives a bad report to Jacob concerning his brothers (Genesis 35:22, 37:2). The coat of many colors would then better be described as Joseph obtaining the birthright, especially since he was Rachel’s firstborn and that the firstborn of Leah had committed incest. Joseph then receives this family anointing at 17 years of age and then also has his dream of the family bowing down to him, which later happens in Egypt. When Joseph stands before Pharaoh it could be that it was rather 30 years after the anointing at 17. The extra 17 years would mean Jacob was 60 years old at the time he fled to Padan-Aram, which would mean Ishmael was 134 years old at the time Esau sought him for a wife. This then harmonizes the chronology.
Therefore, this means that Jacob was 60 years old when he began his first set of seven years for the bride he hoped to have.
The timeline in view is the life span of Jacob applied from 1878 (Petah Tikva) to 2024/2025 (Second Coming possibility). This covers the 147 years of Israel’s life. Now here is the first parallel. Jacob began his first seven years under Laban at 60 years old, just as sixty years from 1878 leads to the seven year Holocaust that began in 1938. This is simply phenomenal since the Holocaust (specifically the betrayal of the nations) of seven years began on the eve of the 17th of Tammuz 1938.  So, here is the point. The life span of Jacob applied from 1878 does indeed fit the parallel of time and events of Jacob’s life to modern Israel. Just as Jacob had to serve two sets of seven years for his brides, so also the Holocaust was the seven year precursor to the coming 70th Week of Daniel. Is it purely accidental that sixty years comes into play both times in the parallel when the first seven years began? If it is, then do not read further because there are even more parallels in the life of Jacob.
As we continue beyond the period of the first seven years, the next notable date that parallels Jacob’s life is when he gives the coat of many colors to Joseph. This was 31 years (7+7+17) after coming to Padan-Aram. Thirty-one years after 1938 would come to 1969. At Passover of 1969 the decree went from the Knesset to begin rebuilding Jerusalem. This date has been arrived at by two other methods. Firstly, 1969 also came at 62 weeks of years (434 years) from Suleiman’s decree to build Jerusalem’s walls in 1535. To continue this parallel, seven more weeks of years (49 years) would transpires in the spring of 2018, likely putting the start of the final week of Daniel in the fall of 2017. This is a secondary application of Daniel’s 70 weeks with a twist. The second way in which 1969 was derived was for the fact that from the starting day of the Great Depression in 1929 until Passover 1969 was exactly 14,400 days, which is precisely forty 360-day years. So it is interesting that the time of Joseph and his prophecy also ties into the year of 1969.
The next step on the timeline would be the next pair of seven years that comes 30 years later. Chronologically those years would line up to 1999, 2006, and 2013.  Probably most significant here is the year 2006. This is the year that was initially thought of in Signs of the End to be very significant since forty 360-day years or 120 x 120 days (14,400 days) from the capture of the Temple Mount on June 7, 1967  led exactly to the 17th of Heshvan 2006, which is the anniversary day of the Flood. However, there was significance  since 120 days prior to that day was the eve of the 17th of Tammuz 2006. This is exactly when the Lebanon-Israeli War broke. This is especially interesting now since the eve of the 17th of Tammuz was also used to pin point the beginning of the Holocaust in 1938.
However, there is a time on the chronology that may seem even more amazing. During the famine, Jacob is finally reunited with Joseph with five more years to go until the end of the famine. Jacob was 130 years old (Genesis 47:9). This then would come to the year of 2008 in the parallel. Just after this time, according to Genesis 47:15, the money in Egypt then failed. Is it any wonder then that the stock market crash of 2008 occurred on the eve of Rosh Hashanah with a fall of 777.7 points? Indeed, the money has been failing since that time and it seems like at some point that it will finally collapse and make way for something new.
And so the life of Jacob (Israel) continued another 17 years. The application of his life span of 147 years from 1878 would then end in the year 2025. However, in the year 2024 the fall festivals and Hanukkah would actually be within the 147th year. This along with other items found here on this site would seem to support 2024 as the end of the 70th Week. In any regard it appears that we are in the ball park of the final years before the Messiah returns, with the Rapture needing to come at least seven years before the end. That means we only have a handful of years that remain, and if this is correct, we should see further alignment of the nations to the events long foretold.
* An article found on was the key to finding out the chronological accuracy for Jacob being 60 when he went to Padan-Aram.
