As I see it these spiritual entities are in the billions and they try to influence and control humans in a variety of ways. One very important way is through the use of mind altering drugs. The most extreme form is outright possession of a person by one or many evil spirits. Are you foolishly putting yourself in harms way? Getting an euphoric feeling to please your pears or a mate is it worth it?

Christians specially could be attractive targets to this deception of happiness as the evil ones try to steer away the believer into sin, yes that is what is called by God in the Bible.
